Bad product
I bought a phone from them for $900. The condition was brand new and the battery was "new". However, after just 2 months of use, it's already laggy, and the battery health has been horrible since start. I would recommend to stay away from buying from phonehero

They could not fix my phone (not their fault) but they also damaged the backpanel and the display part of the phone so I could not claim any garantee anymore. No commercial gesture possible at all if I had bought a second hand phone there.
