Frustrating, but they did offer refund with no issue.

Do Not deal with this company they are totally dishonest. I ordered a phone case it took them 5 weeks to process the order, deducted the money out of the account, then informed they cannot supply the colour I ordered.
After several emails to them with a promise to get back to you in 4 hours sometimes up to 2 days later. I eventually received a full refund for a item that I never received.
Do not waste your time with this company

Dear Roger, we have received all your requests and we tried very hard to contact you about the availability of all the colour options or the preference of a refund but only without success. The payment was automatically processed by eBay and without your authorization, we couldn't cancel the transaction.
In some cases, our email could be filtered by your email server and they will appear in your spam folder.
I hope everything is sorted. Let us know if there is any issue with the refund.

When I purchased it was said the phone was in a "fair" condition which had me worried but once I received the phone I realised my worries were a waste of time as I was given a perfect phone with no problems with screen, buttons hardware and software. I was also pleased to see no marks/scratches what so ever.
I would recommend this service to anyone who is looking at purchasing a iPhone.
