They are a nightmare

They are a nightmare! Avoid. You order, you don't get the delivery within the stated time period; they don't answer emails until you threaten them that if they don't you will involve your credit card company; then it is a non specific email only saying it is being processed; they don't answer the phone-just answer-phone; then they have the audacity to send an email asking you to give a rating survey on their service and if the goods were satisfactory etc!
Went onto their Facebook site and saw a stream of complaints, they responded to me via this they would look into it when I asked on this site where my order was. Never got a satisfactory answer, then gave them notice I would cancel if goods not immediately confirm as on their way. Nothing happened, so I cancelled via their site then confirmed cancellation by email. Got no reply or response. Now in the hands of my Bank to sort out and get my money back.

Worth it even if it costs more

The phone I bought from here was slightly more expensive than other companies but it was well worth the extra money for a company based in England that actually delived on what they promised and had good customer service. I have had bad experiences with tech companies before but am pleased to say that this company was good.

no phone and no refund

I purchased a phone 2 days ago and paid for next day delivery.

UPS status still shows as item not received to them by phone retailers.

Phone Retailers answered the phone last night and said it should arrive today, but still no phone and UPS status is still the same. They also said they would refund the delivery charge.

Now they are not even answering the phone and it goes straight to voicemail.

It was ordered as an urgent but here I am nearly 600 quid out of pocket and no response from them and no phone.

over 2 weeks delay and cannot get my receipt

I purchased a smartphone from their website with no hassle. As I did not register for an account with them I find I'm unable to retrieve a receipt for my purchase. Very frustrating as I need that for tax reasons. Moreover, I bought the phone more than two weeks ago and still have not received it. 5 days ago a guy calls me up, very polite, and apologises for the delay saying the phone will ship tomorrow. That was five days ago. They use UPS, the horror, worst and most shockingly rude delivery service in the world probably but I've since then 1.) not received my phone and 2.) UPS seems to have no tracking information available for my item.
