First class service from Tony in the show room and Phil the bathroom fitter

Both Tony & Chris were very accommodating and tracked down some replacement shower door seals I needed. They were good at communicating with me throughout the process.

I chose PHS to replace my bathroom and downstairs cloakroom as I wanted a company who could provide quality materials and a complete service from design to finish, and that is what I got. The showroom is great for getting inspiration and the sales team are knowledgeable and helpful. The installation team were professional and friendly and handled everything from removal, re-plastering, plumbing, electrics, tiling and flooring. Junior is extremely skilled and was able to do everything, ably assisted by his team. There was a minimum of fuss and disruption, and they took all rubbish away with them at the end. I am very pleased with my bathroom and cloakroom and would not hesitate to recommend PHS if you are looking to replace your bathroom.

I chose PHS as a local independent company rather than going to someone like B&Q because I wanted top quality equipment and a fully managed install. Salesman/designer Jono was very attentive of my requirements and quickly understood what I wanted to achieve - literally a bathroom with the 'wow factor'. After a few visits to their showroom, between us we were able to settle on fittings and layout and I paid the initial payment. Due to their popularity, I then had to wait 3 months for their fitters to start work. Three weeks were allocated and installation of bathroom and WC took 13 days. The team of fitters were excellent, again attentive to my requests and literally great fun to work with.

Overall I am very impressed with the installation and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We've recently had my en-suite bathroom complete and I'm extremely happy with the professional service I have received. Our bathroom fitters were superb and did a fantastic job, we are delighted with the results.

After living in an older house in Milton Keynes for many years, we decided to give the bathroom a facelift. We visited phs to get and idea of the art of the possible and we had a look around the showroom with Chris.
Being a novice DIY,er, Chris showed us all the options, answering my questions and concerns with professionalism and respect.
We decided to go ahead with a baseline design which Chris and his team promptly created a 3D image of what it would look like, within a week. We accepted the design, with a few tweaks and our journey began.
Our bathroom fitters arrived on the first Monday morning and what can I say..
Absolute professional, lovely warm and helpful guys. Every morning we had a chat about how it went the day before, what was today and how the final day would go and when. Needless to say they beat the 10 day expected installation time by 3 days with no reduction in quality. Absolute stars.

My thanks go to the whole team at phs for a first class service, reasonably priced and overall an extremely good service.

Their service and attention on the Saturday afternoon, assisting us with information, choice and alternative option ideas, was first class. Brilliant from start to finish from the design phase with Chris in the showroom to the install with their team, can’t fault the service. A few hiccups as to be expected when going back to brick during a renovation but it was all managed brilliantly!

We recently had our en-suite bathroom completely re-fitted by PHS Bathrooms and we couldn't have wished for better service. Jono in the showroom was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was able to recommend certain products which suited our project and keep us well advised about costings etc. The fitters (Jason & Luke) were really excellent. Their work was top quality and of very high standard. They were very respectful and they were the tidiest workers we have ever had! I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Kalli who has assisted me with so much care and effort. She has gone above and beyond to give me such excellent service.
I had a faulty shower and she explored the options with me bearing in mind I had a budget that I could not exceed due to personal reasons. She made me feel at ease and explored all the options during an emergency situation. She continued to check in until the job was complete and the plumber who installed a new shower (Jason) further displayed such professionalism. Thank you so much to both of you for such a wonderful experience.

I don't usually write reviews but exceptional customer service deserves a comment.
We ordered a bathroom basin and vanity unit from Ben Leighton at PHS Bathrooms in Milton Keynes. The following day he contacted us to apologise and advise us that the item had just been discontinued by the manufacturer. The next day we received a further message from him informing us that he had managed to find a basin and after speaking to the manufacturer they had agreed to make a vanity unit with 4 to 5 week estimated delivery. Just over 4 weeks later he phoned to advise that they had received both the basin and unit which he arranged to deliver to us the same day as our fitters were on sight.

The service we received from PHS Bathroom showroom was outstanding. All of the staff who dealt with us were patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Our budget was limited and they went out of their way to help us find the best deals. We would certainly recommend them and they fully deserve our 5* rating

Long lead time to fit, but worth the wait. The finished bathroom looks superb.
No problems recommending PHS

We are very happy with our new bathroom. Tony gave us really good advice at the design stage and Mark, the fitter, did an absolutely brilliant job putting it all together. Nothing was too much trouble. His technical skills combined with his willingness to listen and his pleasant manner made us feel very safe in his hands. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend PHS Bathrooms.

We approached PHS Bathrooms to provide design and supply materials to redo en-suite and main bathroom using our own installer. They have a nice show room and initial meeting was positive. We came back the following week to review designs and go through the quotes. We were presented with two quotes falling a little short of budget we shared in good faith.

We were presented with two quotes, one around 8k (excluding installation) but no details as to what exactly is being supplied. We paid £500 for detailed quote to be released. Upon doing quick research we saw that we were being charged near 1.5k for average toilet system, nearly 3k for shower enclosure, etc. We returned to negotiate, but that didn’t take us anywhere.

When you know somebody tries to take you for a ride this early in the process, you completely lose trust in the business and look elsewhere. We found another local supplier who offered higher quality products at 40-50% lower cost, which is a significant saving.

The fee that we paid can be supposedly used towards buying a product, but PHS Bathrooms are not responding to emails. In a hindsight, it’s a small fee to pay to learn about supplier.

I would highly recommend PHS. The service we received from Tony and other staff members was impeccable. Their knowledge of the products is second to none which saved us a lot of time and stress. We are thrilled with the end results and we really enjoyed the entire experience. Look no further for a bathroom supplier, these guys are brilliant.
