Top quality products backed by excellent service. We did consider looking for our tiles elsewhere that were a bit cheaper but we decided to go with some that were on display in the PHS showroom to keep it "all under one roof". Glad we did as bathroom fitter reckoned they were some of the best tiles he has worked with ! Bathroom looks fantastic - highly recommended.

We needed 2 new bathrooms and downstairs cloakroom in our house also needed one wall removed. We had a few bathroom fitters come round who were obviously not interested not helpful at all. A friend recommended speaking to Jono at PHS Bathrooms so glad we did. Jono came to our house measured up checked beams, walls etc went away and got some designs together. He sorted out everything all the fittings, showers etc we gave him a budget and he made sure we got everything we needed in that budget. We viewed the designs in the showroom, in lockdown, all very safe every product we touched had been sanitised, felt very safe. We loved his plans for every room and decided to go ahead. Kev and Dave were our fitters you couldn’t get a more efficient duo. They were so hard working spent 5 weeks with us talking to us every step making sure we were happy adding a few extra switches etc they were very professional. They took pride in their work always left at the end of the day in a tidy manner. Our bathrooms are now finished and we love them. Highly recommend this company from start to finish they give a worthy 5 star service.

After losing our wedding trip and ill health the needless stress caused by this company is shameful to say the least.

We have just had our bathroom refitted and think PHS has done a wonderful job.
From the early planning through to the end of the project, despite having to take into account lockdown, the work has run smoothly.
Jessica at the Bletchley showroom, came up with a innovative design that allowed us to have both the walk in shower and full size bath in a space that we thought would never be able to fit both.
She was also hand to advise us in our selection of materials and fittings from the massage range available at the showroom.
Throughout the lockdown period we were able to contact the team at PHS and we were kept informed as to the any delays and fitting dates.
On the arranged delivery date the drivers turned up on time and made the carrying of loads heavy tiles plus all the fittings up to the first floor seem effortless.
When the fitting date was finalised Tom, the fitter, contacted us prior and from day one he and his college Kevin took onboard our suggestions and added their experience to our decisions while working throughout extremely hot weather in the inclosed space to keep to the schedule. On a daily basis they kept the mess down as much as possible and as we live in a very old converted building kept disruption to other home owners to as little as possible.
Even when the electrician, Lawrence, found we had an earthing problem to the bathroom he checked throughout our apartment to find and fix the fault.
The end result is just wonderful and we couldn't have wished for a better job.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Chris for his help. We had a water pressure problem in an ensuite shower. ie no cold water at all. Advice from Chris suggested it was almost certainly the valve and he told me exactly what to do. A new valve, half an hours work and "Hey Presto!" We have a fully working shower by only replacing the valve. No fuss, no selling, just good plain advice and a quality valve. Excellent job Chris and many thanks. Now onto replacing the main bathroom!

PHS bathrooms have a quality range of products. Their service was excellent, delivering on time and keeping us informed on delivery dates. Products supplied were of exceptional quality and they came out and measured the rooms and gave great suggestions. Would use them again for sure!!! We had some excess items after the 2 bathrooms and toilet were done and made a couple of swaps all of which were sorted out quickly without extra charges and refunds arranged. If you are looking for a good supplier of quality products at market related prices look no further. If you want cheap, inferior products then go to a DIY store.

Our new bathroom had been designed and ordered before the Coronavirus outbreak and therefore put on hold. PHS contacted me when the lockdown was eased to ask if I was happy to have the work carried out. I was a little apprehensive. Robin the fitter arrived and he had obviously been thinking about the working arrangements including his wearing of a mask, and social distancing. He stuck to these arrangements and was exceptionally professional. The quality of the work was first class and we are now absolutely delighted with the result.

Fantastic selection of products all of superb quality and a reliable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable service from the team. Would highly recommend.

Wow! I couldn't believe how close I lived to such an amazing company! If you want a extremely good quality products for your new or current bathroom see these guys, honestly I know you should shop around but there is no need with this company I dealt with Mark he spent so much time with me and with no pressure either explained the difference in their products compared to others on the market! Yes there are cheaper items around but I always think why? And I didn't want to waste money because of buying cheaper and end up buying twice theory.

Great friendly and helpful advice. Was recommend PHS by our team converting the loft, and dealt with Tony who was really helpful through the whole process. Being able to see how the bathroom would look like in 4D really helped us understand the space we would have. Everyone at PHS we’re really helpful and put all concerns at ease when raised.

We just had our whole bathroom ripped out and a new one put in by PHS. The design phase was fantastic, Chris walked us around the showroom to get a feel for what we were after, a few days later we popped back in to see the design on his computer and we were extremely impressed, almost no changes were required as he had really paid attention and picked up on the small details during our first visit. On our agreed installation date, Kevin & Dave arrived, these guys were extremely professional and hard working. When they left at the end of each day, not a spec of dust or debris in the hallway or stairs. The finished product is fabulous. the workmanship is perfect, the quality is of the highest standard and it was worth every penny. huge thanks to the PHS team.

We recently had our complete bathroom ripped out some walling and plumbing removed, rerouted and rebuilt before having the whole bathroom replaced. From our first visit with Jono in the showroom, designing our new bathroom, to meeting and working with the fitters Robin and Alex (Jay, Wayne and Clive making guest appearances!) we felt confident that the job would be a great success, and it is!! The flexibility and care shown on site was excellent

Before I made contact with PHS bathrooms I had been to two companies who just chucked brochures at me. Jess at PHS bathrooms spent the time needed to develop plans for my new en-suite, bathroom and cloakroom to ensure that items fitted correctly. The service, support and help is excellent.

We have had excellent service from Jono, Chris and the team at phsmk and would not hesitate to return. Their knowledge of all things to do with bathrooms is extensive and they were able to answer all our detailed questions! Thank you.

I would totally recommend this company. They were great right from the very beginning, coming out to measure, to the design, to helping us with the products, right through to the team who came out to fit. Always there when they said, you could tell they cared about their work and they had to put some long hours in. The bathroom looks fantastic, much better than we had hoped for.

Fantastic service and products, Jono was a font of information and nothing was too much trouble. Our unit, floor and tile combination is bascially down to Jono and looks great.

Would recommend PHS to anyone looking to build an amazing bathroom.

Chris was our main contact, but no matter who we dealt with they were knowledgable, helpful and patient. Came up with a fabulous solution to a tricky design problem. Their design system enabled us to play around with different concepts before settling on our final choice. The team of fitters brilliantly converted the drawings into reality.
Would wholehearedly recommend.

After 2 years of trying to sort my bathroom myself I popped into PHS to get some further ideas and was introduced to their design and fitting service which has been my saviour!!! I received excellent and (very) patient guidance regarding my design and my million questions were answered with no problem!! The fitting went better than I could have hoped for, the team cleaned up after themselves every evening before they left so I didn't feel I was living in a mess the whole time and they even finished a bit before the deadline!!
Thank you to Chris and the team for a fantastic experience and taking the stress out of buying my beautiful new bathroom!!!!!

Please do not use this company. Absolutely woeful customer service. I have requested to speak to the Manager/Owner several times because the work done by the builder at my property was subpar. The materials used began to fall apart within a week or two of the fitting. Worst of all the radiators that were drained downstairs aren't longer functioning anymore. I was promised back in March 2018 that this would be resolved and till today this matter has not been resolved.
