Moving made easy by Pickfords. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and efficient with Curtis and Charlotte organising everything and Rob, Owen and the team doing the move itself. Well worth the money moving with a newborn!

The boys were punctual, exceptionally helpful, polite. Nothing was too much trouble. They were very careful and respectful of our belongings on both legs of our experience. First Class.

Pickfords moved me from Australia to the UK. They were terrific at every stage, including regular updates, making sure my paperwork was all correct, navigating my complicated delivery arrangements at the UK end. Helped make things much easier than they might have been. Big shout out to Simon Edwards for all his help - was really great.

Kellie and her team were amazing! They were kind, helpful, communicative, and patient about answering our many questions about our international move. They answered the phone and emails promptly and always had clear directions and answers for us to follow. We would use them again and again based on this experience. We are very thankful for all they did to help us!

Pickfords were amazing. We had two days notice to move and lost our slot with another company. Fortunately Pickfords had availability and got in touch without delay to offer their help. The staff were professional and friendly from the manager to our removal staff. We couldn't fault the service at all.

The gentlemen who came to pack & remove the entire contents of our house were great. Due to a family emergency a few days before they arrived, we had been unable to pack everything we should have. Yes, this was definitely a wrinkle in their plans however, after I explained the situation & they made a quick call to the office there was no stopping them. They were polite, careful & professional throughout my dealings with them.

I am very happy with the service I have received so far from everyone involved, thank you, you are all very much appreciated.

From the initial survey by Danny, the amazing communication from Emma and the care shown to my precious items by Graham and his fabulous co worker, I cannot recommend the team at the Manchester Pickfords branch highly enough.

Brilliant Pickfords team. Prompt, friendly and efficient moving us from our old home 300+ miles into our new home over 2 days. We chose to pack ourselves and provided our own boxes, but Pickfords came armed on the day with a couple of extra boxes for those random items we didn’t foresee and awkwardly shaped plants. They took great care in handling all our furniture and belongings, there were no damages to items or property whatsoever.
From the ease of a virtual consultation and initial quote, to booking a removal date with minimal notice. Top customer service throughout and able to answer endless questions.
Came on recommendation and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend again.

Took the stress and pain out of moving home.

Our furniture was removed and stored by Pickfords for nearly 7 years. We moved from the North Cotswolds to the Isles of Scilly and our project has been ongoing and it was not possible to bring our furniture over until now.
Unpacking was very exciting and I was thrilled to find that everything was brilliantly wrapped and the condition of everything was exactly as it had left us.
Bringing everything over to the islands was not without difficulties and Pickfords managed their part perfectly.
We cannot recommend them highly enough.
