Very sad

Very sad. This company is taking advantage of their customers with blatant disregard for any of their commitments. My experience here is nothing short of thievery and failure to execute at even the most basic level. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

Perfect delivery with constant communication

Same day delivery with this company was great! There was constant communication up until and even after the item was delivered. Delivery person was courteous and professional.

Worst company I have ever dealt with

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Rude. Condescending. Poorly trained folks that answer the phone. Unwilling to help. Cancelled on my delivery 4 times. I ultimately never received my goods. Please save yourself and never use this company. The level of frustration in dealing with their scam type service is horrific.

Zero communication, avoid avoid avoid

Zero communication, irrelevant delivery windows, customer service has no use because they have no additional info. Avoid whenever possible.

Can’t count on them

We were out of town and came into town specifically to move. They were scheduled and I gave very clear time frames as to when and where pick up and delivery had to be done because the donation site closed at 5:30. The scheduler indicated in the notes that it could not be rescheduled because we were coming into town. When I first called to confirm on the pick up day, I was told I needed to wait until my window had opened. I called back only to be told they could not make the pick up and delivery time frame and needed to reschedule. There was no way we could. We were moving out of the unit. So at 4:30 PM, the day before everything was scheduled to be out of the house, they can’t make it. Poor, Poor service and planning.

Terrible Terrible Terrible I paid 95.00…

Terrible Terrible Terrible I paid 95.00 delivery for yesterday 4/24 Warren didn't delivered they had the wrong number & didn't have any drivers available set a second delivery 4/25 10am its 12 noon and still unfortunately they delay excuses but yes they charge a very high amount and of course they sorry and unfortunately they can't give any kind of discount but they don't delivered on time.

Never Wish I have reviewed the 'reviews'…

Wish I had reviewed the 'reviews' before scheduling with this company. Terrible customer service; scheduled for Friday between 10 and 12; the store has a 24-hour pick-up; delivery schedule; at 1:30 still waiting, but was understanding; went to the chat area, kept getting disconnected; couldn't find my order; found my order; delays; follow-up @ 2:30 still day; would be between 6-8 pm; got call to confirm 6-8; followed up to track delivery with link provided. not update; called the customer service line; got hung up on; contacted chat line again at 5:00; no delivery on Friday; had to rescheduled for Saturday; only time between 4-6; I needed morning; no appts available, yet if you went to the 'schedule a time' all day was available; to the link for customer service again to confirm for Saturday - per "Martin" they could not confirm delivery. Beware do not use this company.

Had 7 cancelations within a week and a…

Had 7 cancelations within a week and a half span. The customer service is horrible. They all sound like robots. Basically have n9 information for me ever and they are no help. Do not use this company if you do not have to.

I bought items Sunday and scheduled delivery for Tuesday between 10 and 2 . Received a call 830 Tuesday saying it might be later . Then another call at 630 not coming today maybe Friday between 10 and 2 .

Unacceptable service

Unacceptable service that I have received from PICKUP. I paid $129 for a delivery between 2-4pm on Sunday 4/10. I received a call from a company representative that the driver was running behind and my delivery would now be between 4-6pm on 4/10. At 6pm I had to call PICKUP to inquire about my delivery. I was advised that the delivery would not be made today and would need to be rescheduled for Tuesday 4/12, two days later. The service rep Joanne advised that she could offer me a $10 credit for to the delay. She advised that she would see what she could do to correct this unacceptable service failure and call me back. When she called me back she said that Tuesday would be the time PICKUP could make this delivery and that no credit would be given. I asked to escalate this and received the same customer service failure from Brice. Unfortunately I didn't check the reviews until after the delivery was setup. F rating with BBB and 1 star across the board with reviews. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! #pickupnow #8005602168 #

This company is not worth the money in…

This company is not worth the money in my opinion. I paid for a service to be completed on a certain date and time. I was not contacted before or during my window. I HAD TO CONTACT THEM WITH 2 minutes of my time slot left. Only to be told I have to reschedule to a later date ( not even the next day) because they did not have enough employees to fill the deliveries for today. They clearly knew of a shortage before my time slot and failed to contact me at all. I would have been able to pay much less and been able to retrieve my own furniture had I known this was an unreliable service. I am understanding of the employee shortage. It’s the lack of communication and days later date that frustrate me.
I would NOT recommend the “Pickup Promise”.

I will never use this service again

I will never use this service again. I first had them setup for a next day delivery of a sectional couch. After sitting in my empty apartment for 6 hours, they finally let me know that delivery was not available and was rescheduling it for 4 days later from 12-2. The delivery did not take place until almost 5pm. I decided to use the service again though to move 5 items from my old place to my new one. I was rescheduled twice more and then on the third time, I was guaranteed they would be here by 12. The delivery driver calls me in the morning to say he has to work and won't be able to do the order until 2...then 4...then, at 6pm, three teenagers in pickup trucks arrive at my house to pick up the items. Since it was so late, we were not able to use the freight elevator (which I scheduled and canceled 3 times) so we had to take everything through the regular elevator. This left me following each order through the doors and up the elevator due to security access and even carrying some of the items myself. The regular delivery driver told me they only have 2 teams that service the whole Denver area yet Pickup continues to schedule same day and next day appointments with absolutely no movers to complete them. I was told I would be receiving a call for a refund from a supervisor but never heard a word. This company is a sham.

Scheduled delivery through American…

Scheduled delivery through American Freight and gave a window of 10 and 2 on Wednesday. Company calls Wednesday morning and changes window to 10 and 8. Company calls at 6 pm and states couch might have to be delivered on Friday but they will call us back to confirm. No phone call received. Called this morning to inquire about delivery and no phone call. Lady was very rude and stated she would just cancel our order. In no way were we helped or offered for our couch to be delivered today. Very poor customer service. Will never use pickup or American Freight again.

Failed to deliver my items from AT HOME…

Failed to deliver my items from AT HOME & Could possible care less that they screwed up. They rescheduled my delivery without contacting me. The delivery company picked up my item up then called me. I informed them that I was not home. He replied by asking me "where do you want me to leave your things?". I ordered a mattress and bed foundations.

scheduling

The schedule time for my delivery was 10-12. At 10:00am, I was contacted and asked if they could change the time to 12-2, and I agreed. Around 1:48, the driver texted stating that they were waiting for the items to be loaded on the truck; keep in mind that the store the item was purchased from is about 30-40 minutes from my address without traffic. I would not recommend this service. I’ve paid $189 for a service to be provided at a certain time, and it’s become nothing more than a inconvenience today and I have other things to do. I’m still waiting.

In total disbelief!

In total disbelief!! After 3 rescheduled deliveries, all of which was told I would get a call 30-minutes before arrival. The latest 12-hours delay was informed the soonest delivery could happen would be 2 days later. Due to capacity issues, no alternative solution, no discount, nothing.

Easy same day delivery

Easy to squedule, pay, and keep informed of updates thru the app. Same day delivery. They delivered within the time frame given at the start. The guys had to go twice to pick up my furniture at the store as it didn’t fit in the truck at one go at no extra charge to me, it was raining, but they still remained friendly. I recommend.

PICK UP WHEN WE WANT TO

This company requires payment up front for a delivery service and unfortunately they DO NOT deliver. I am still waiting for a delivery I scheduled for same day, three days ago. It is really bad business to take money up front for a service BEFORE it is rendered. They do not even call you with updates and reschedules. Customers have to call them and request information. I will never use this company again.

DO NOT USE!!!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would!!!! I ordered sameday/next day delivery...paid extra $95!!! (Big lots) it has been 4 DAYS!!!! 3 canceled deliveries!!!! Was "GUARANTIED 3 TIMES!!!!" Do not use them unless you have a month to wait for what you pay EXTRA $$ for.....
