If there was one pick 'n' mix brand that would keep the memories of my childhood alive, it would definitely be this one. Pick yo Mix literally thrives on satisfying their customers and that's one of the many things, besides the great candy, that keep me coming back.

Ordered from PickYoMix last summer after seeing ads on Facebook. Lots of choices and with a promotion I received another 1kg bag of sweets. They often do other great promotions like this and let you know via email.
Website was easy to use and the sweets were well packaged and really nice.
Would use again.

I've been seeing adverts for PYM on Facebook for a while so checked out their products - they seemed overpriced by comparison to other companies in the market (of which there are MANY!).

When I asked them why their products were pricier they didn't give any useful feedback at all - they just posted a stupid GIF in reply. So I looked a little closer at their page and saw the reviews kept using the word "fresh".... way more than anyone should be. They're using it as a SEO trick by the looks of it. Then I saw that they regularly have reviews posted in *batches* - twenty or thirty reviewers will suddenly feel the need to review at exactly the same time. So, it looks like they buy reviewers too.

When I tried to have them explain the pricing at least, they blocked me from commenting on their page altogether. I am left with the impression they might not be entirely above board.

Pick Yo Mix provide a great variety of good quality pick and mix sweets. Delivery is reasonably priced and very quick. I recommend them to friends all the time, we often give the bags as gifts!

It was a bag of star mix ! I chose a filled 1kg mega mix . I like pretty much any sweet so was happy for them to fill it for me . It would have taken me ages to choose if doing it my self so thought this would be a better option. There were 9 variation of sweets in it and 4 are in a bag of star mix and the other 5 were all read gummies ! CS advised I should have made a customised bag but when ordered the filled bag from another site it had a great mix in it ! Never again very disappointing.

I’ve recently found this company through recommendation on TikTok. I looked into it and I’ve got to say I’m so impressed by the price and the range of options to choose from. The website is really easy to navigate too. I look forward to ordering from here again soon 🙂🙂

Absolutely fab little company, dispatch from them was so quick! Great choice of sweets, and taste brill. Would love to see different packaging to just the plastic alternatives but that’s my only tiny little critique. Love, highly recommend🤍🤍

Well this is second time as a family we have taken delivery of these fabulous Pick & Mix. It was our daughter Alice that initially tried you first, as we are now hooked. The quality of sweets are lovely & the speed of the order delivery was fantastic. So I would recommend them to anyone with a family that enjoys sweets as a marvellous treat.

I never normally write reviews but felt the service I received warranted one. I ordered a delivery for my partner for valentines. Unfortunately due to snow the postal service had been delayed and I couldn’t get any information on the tracking. I spoke to the pick yo mix via there new what’s app account and they responded straight away to say they will speak to Royal Mail and find out where it is. 2 hours after they explained to me Royal Mail couldn’t confirm if it would get here before valentines so they sent a special delivery to make sure I would receive. This is amazing service and well defiantly he a return customer! Thanks so much

The sweets from Pick Yo Mix are probably the best sweets I have tasted, they are really good quality and not like what you can pick up at pick n mix stands in shops. I’ve ordered a few times for myself and for a friend. Customer service is also really friendly and helpful!

Only part of my was received and had to chase on email and their Facebook page to find out when I will be receiving the rest . It is now nearly three weeks since placing my order and I’m still waiting for the rest of it to arrive.

I appreciate mistakes happen, but it’s how they are rectified that matters. Communication is poor, and I finally heard that it was ‘due to being busy dispatching backlogged orders’

It’s quite galling to see, during this time, people posting that they received their orders within 2-3 days but I’m still waiting nearly 3 weeks later

Remains to be seen whether I’ll ever receive it

Very disappointed children and the missing part of the order was meant to be a birthday gift
