Their sweets are fresh and delicious. Plenty of choice love that you can choose your scoops or have a surprise mix. Customer service is fab ordered a birthday present and was worried it wouldn’t get out in time they were amazing with updates and solutions. Friend loved the gift

Good sweets if you’re happy to wait over a week to get them.

Just received my first order and tried a couple of the sweets, I'm going to have to do some serious rationing as they are delicious. It was almost too difficult to choose from the options available however I managed and was not disappointed. I will be ordering again.

Firstly, the sweets are amazing - I never realised I was eating stale sweets before, I thought that's just what sweets were like! Secondly, it's run by an amazing team; their communication skills are faultless and social media accounts hilarious. Highly recommended

When I asked on social why the product was noticeably pricier than it's closest competitors that I buy, I recieved a rude public reply saying 'why would anyone buy that brand' and then recieved a series of animated GIFs when the owner of the account clearly couldn't overcome my objections and then banned from the page. I noticed other customers were met with the same combatative attitude when asking questions, their comments were deleted and they were also banned. Dishonest business practice and terrible customer service. On here you can see threats to 'report reviews for defamation' because they are negative and they aren't able to censor them! Have since found better companies that offer the same product at a cheaper price without the snotty attitude. Avoid. Use Sweetzy instead!

Amazing Service! Literally ordered my sweets at 10am on the way home from holiday where my sister in law shared some of hers with us, and we had our own delivered by 10am the next day! Better than Amazon Prime!
The mystery 1kg bag was also amazing! Loads of different things in it which was a bonus!

Brilliant service everytime, I've had several orders from them, always fresh and tasty, only complaint is the sweets seem to dissappear too fast....

I suffer from allergies and so hard to buy sweets due to not knowing exactly what is in them. Their website clearly states everything which was so useful and appreciated. I’m going to post on my allergy group. These little treats mean a lot to a very limiting diet 😍

I have had 2 order the company, the first one was fantastic. For this reason I thought I would do another order. Ordering a 1kg bag with content I had choose not I am offered a mystery bag for a reduced price. Once the delivery arrived little did I realise the mystery bag would be a mixture what's seems to the scrapping of the floor and mix of sweets that include nuts.

I have tried contacting the company about order twice by email, no response. Facebook no response, messenger no response even though they have read it. There website states if you have problem message them and they will sort out. How untrue this this, once they have taken your money they don't provide customer service, they prefer to keep posting on Facebook promoting themselves.

I am all for supporting small businesses, but if you provide a service you need good customer service to support it.

Always an amazing selection of pick n' mix to choose from - they always taste fresh and when you ask them to pick the mix for you, they never disappoint! Wonderful customer service too!
These are great for a pick me up when you need it or.. you know.. to eat most of the bag in one sitting (totally haven't done that before). Thanks again PickYoMix - we'll be ordering lots more in the future!!

Great sweets! It took me a while to order from here as I thought the prices were a bit dear, but having received my sweets and eaten them within a week I’m thoroughly impressed.

Within a week the sweets were still very fresh and tasty - usually sweets tend to go hard so I’m delighted that these didn’t. They were absolutely gorgeous sweets too and I’d forgotten what I’d ordered so I got a few nice surprises when I got to the bottom of the bag.

If you’re thinking about ordering some sweets, do it!

Ordered yesterday late afternoon and arrived first thing this morning. This is excellent service. Sweets are always of a high standard and service always feels warm and human like you are dealing with a business who cares. Thanks for the sweets they are spot on!

Great pick ‘n’ mix! Had a few bags from here now and it’s always our go-to place for treats! Huge selection, always so fresh and tasty and the delivery is quick. My last order arrived less than 23 hours after ordering! The bags are always full to the brim too. Very good company for giving out discount codes which makes it even better value.

I have ordered several times from Jess’ company now and have say that Pick Yo Mix are brilliant. The Pick Your Own (Ultimate) bag is amazing, so much choice. Bag full the brim and arrives quickly. I’m addicted!

I have ordered twice from pick yo mix now and the sweet variety is amazing, there is no skimping on the quantity or quality of the sweets!
They arrived in a resealable bag to keep the sweets fresh and filled to the top! I love how you can make your own choices, have them select it for you and also they cater for vegetarian options!
