Not happy running around in circles!

After a month of emails they have responded and have recovered all my pictures!! I gave them 4 and not 5 as the whole thing is so confusing and no contact number.

I have always purchased 1 or 2 pictures in theme parks such as chessington. This time we thought we would buy a digipass so we can capture all the memories from all the rides. It was my daughters first time at chessington, she is 5months old so i thought great. We arrived at the theme park and went to the help desk and they sent us to a photo desk which we went and scanned the digipass barcode. They just told me it has been activated and I just needed to scan this everywhere. I never got given any QrCode or wristband with any codes. I came home and realised that I needed some QRcode or a code to put on the website to download the pictures which I was never given. I contacted both Chessington (who have advised me they dont deal with it as it is a third party company) and picsolve (who have responded with an automated email)

Why set up a service that we pay for and then make us stress and run around in circles!!

We purchased expensive pictures in…

We purchased expensive pictures in Legoland Billund and received a code so we could download the digital versions.
Guess what, the codes don't work and if you contact support with all the info including screenshots there is no reaction whatsoever, extremely bad! Unbelievable that a big name like Legoland has contracts with a company like this.

I have sent a contact form twice now! No response!!!

I have sent a contact form twice now and it has been over a week. I paid for two videos at Harry Potter studios but the code is not working! Absolute joke of a company! No telephone number to contact- no responses! Pathetic crooks!
And no doubt I won’t get a response here either!!!

Wrong pic and no reply

Received the wrong pic last week at chessington tiger rock. I have wrote to them 4 times, each time explaining who is in the pic what order we are all sitting in and what we were all wearing. 4 times and yet not 1 answer. Very poor, but yet so quick to take your money.

What a joke!!

What a joke!!! Went to Kennedy space Center and paid $15 for one photo thinking that I could download it. Put in multiple request to customer service of course you can never speak to anyone because there’s no number. Such a scam and disappointment

Took my money but no Downloads / No Support

Spent a week at Butlins (Skegness) from 28/03 to 01/04 and got some lovely photos taken which were special to my daughter. However when purchasing my packages at the end of the week I got the digital codes as part of the (quite pricey) package yet when I got home I was unable to download them.

I have tried contacting support with no response, feels like a scam as they clearly cannot provide the products they are offering.

Feels like a complete scam

Absolutely rubbish went to the Harry…

Absolutely rubbish went to the Harry Potter tour in Leavesden universal studios paid £30 for photos and and a video on Hogwarts Express cannot download won’t recognise the barcode or numbers emailed them 5 times no response at all looks like a scam to me RYBBISH

bad customer service response

I recently visited The Shrek Adventure, London with my family. We purchased two photos there, one of all the family and one of my daughter with Shrek. Both came with download codes.

When I came to download the photos the Shrek photo was of a different family!!

I raised a helpdesk ticket with picsolve and had a very quick reply asking me to provide a scan or photo of the photo I had with the wrong download code.
However, the ticket was immediately closed as resolved and I couldn't reply with the requested photo.

I have since opened a further 2 helpdesk tickets both of which were closed by picsolve.

I have now raised my 4th helpdesk ticket, including all of the information requested again.

I do wish they had a call centre I could ring and speak to someone in person or, at least, them ring me to talk things over with me!

What a rubbish customer service experience.

I had problems downloading my images…

I had problems downloading my images twice this year from the Heidepark Resort, but the friendly customer service was helpful and was able to resolve my issues quickly. Thank you very much for that.
However, I would still make a small suggestion for improvement and that you should make the number 0 and the letter O more recognizable in the code. Otherwise everything was fine.

Poor quality of photos. Waste of money.

I went to Harry Potter Tour at Warner Brothers Studio in London and there were made two wonderful pictures of my family there. I paid money for printed posters and digital photos, that I had to download from picsolve.com to my laptop at home. What a disappointment I got when I did it and found out the quality of photos were so poor! Everything in squares! Outrageous! There is no point to buy the photos in digital format at all! Waste of money.

It's been 4 days since I got a picture…

It's been 4 days since I got a picture taken in legoland, and I still can not be allowed to download my picture on the website.
They also do not respond to my email.
Do not get your picture digitally with Picsolve, get it printed instead, then you are sure to get it home.

Trying to resolve an issue with reading the USB stick that was purchased at Harry Potter with my daughters broom stick ride on it. My laptop does not detect it even being there. Have also tried downloading the video but it is not with the other photos that we paid for. Have asked twice for some help through the Help on the Picsolve website but only automated response that was no help whatsoever. We only have 14 days from purchase(18th Sept 21) until the video is deleted which is rapidly running out, feel very let down by the support from this company!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Visited Warner Bros on 8/29/21 and have not been able to download my picstures. I've submitted tickets and got no reply besides the generic automated reply. Reading the reviews now it seems as though they are known for taking peoples money without providing a product.

I am not impressed at all

I am not impressed at all. I have purchased a photo and I’m unable to access it via the download code, I have emailed and heard nothing back. It is very disappointing when you pay money to receive something and then you don’t even get what you paid for!!!!
