Harry Potter World and the missing USB

I visited Harry Potter world with my daughter and grandson for his 8th birthday and had a couple of still photos taken and a video, which was put onto a USB. However I mislaid the USB and therefore could not upload the video. I contacted Picsolve in the hope that they could retrieve it and send me a copy. I contacted Picsolve last Thursday to explain the situation and today, Thursday 1 week later, I am very pleased to say I have had confirmation that they are able to retrieve a copy of the video and a replacement USB is in the post. I am thrilled that they were able to do this for me and can't wait to view, and upload, the USB.

download photo error

Visited peppa pig world 8.12.19 and brought our photo, also given digital download too.
However when I went to download I could only see another families
I emailed and it was sorted in under 24 hours!
Excellent customer service
And resolved problem quickly

Poor service - incompetent staff - poor company. Avoid.

Bought a digital download photo for our visit to Sealife London - the staff gave me the wrong receipt - someone else's receipt - meaning I can only download someone else's photo. I made a complaint hoping that either they could retrieve my photo or get a refund. But instead given a poor excuse blaming technical error - my photo had been deleted! And only offered a partial refund. Poor service and no respect for the paying customer. Will remember to avoid this company in future.

Dubious turned to Happiness...

After reading the reviews I was very dubious about obtaining my codes for my photo's of the Harry Potter visit the day before. I had handed in my receipt with the photo codes on them when collecting my USB, and had not gotten it back. I logged a 'ticket' with picsolve, providing them with the information that I did have; i.e. the USB codes asking whether they would be able to use that to track my photo codes. Within 12 hours I had heard back from Chelsea and had my codes to download my pics. THANK YOU to Chelsea and the team for addressing my query speedily and successfully!

Unable to download my pictures from Butlins trip

Unable to download my pictures from Butlins UK trip. No reply to my email. If the service does not work then they should not be offering the download service I HAVE PAID FOR. I AM NOT HAPPY HAVING TO WASTE MY TIME CHASING THEM UP.

Unable to download my photographs

Unable to download my photographs tried multiple times since I visited the WBStudio Tour and still just coming up with an error message. Tried to contact them but no email back as of yet.

***Update***
I now have my images once I’d emailed them they were rather quick to respond with the info they required and emailed me my photographs. Very helpful service

Happy and fun

I am very happy with the service. As soon as I returned from my walk through the Madame Tussauds Museum, I couldn't see my photos. I contacted the picsolve service and in 24 hours all my photos were already available. They responded quickly and I already have my photos.

I already can't 'access the photos I…

11/22 Update - Ben - who deserves a raise, successfully stepped in and solved the issue I had. Although it was almost a week later - he handled himself well. I was still frustrated by automated communication and my tickets being closed (marked as resolved) after being given a generic response that didn't resolve the issue - but BEN took the initiative to step in and handle this - and that is now acknowledged in the updated review.

Update - PicSolve only replied via TrustPilot early this AM but now at the end of the day around 9pm - I STILL Have not received a response through this forum OR the tickets I set up on Friday - what kind of customer service is this?! I'm furious - how can they let this slide despite diligent follow up and even a public review calling this out? Don't they even care? If they, do I better get a response and a solution ASAP !!!!!!!!!!!!

------I already can't 'access the photos I paid for on Nov 15th - I immediately e-mailed them with follow ups and haven't heard...I would expect a faster response. IF they get back to me TODAY 11/18 with a solution I will modify my review

Bought two wristbands only one works

Bought two wristbands on 2nd November from Alton Towers. One worked, the other just keeps bringing up the error message. Have tried multiple times across the last 3 days, and have also sent an email asking for support. Very disappointed as I am yet to hear anything from Picsolve - if one code works why doesn’t the other? Will be seeking a refund this isn’t sorted soon

Pictures taken 26th October at legoland…

Pictures taken 26th October at legoland florida, no uploads as yet and 4 emails sent plus 2 contact us forms completed, will not use again and would urge people to take them themselves rather than trust this company. Shocking service, would rather they said they don’t have them rather than no communication, don’t need this whilst still on holiday checking emails and constantly getting in touch with them.

Terrible service

Terrible service, and awful customer service. Don't bother purchasing a picture band for £15 at Thorp park because it doesn't work. And when you try and get a refund it takes weeks. Shocking.

Missing code for photo.

I had a problem with one of my photos not having the code on my receipt. I sent an email and my details were passed onto a guy called Ben who was very helpful and communicated regularly about my query. Ben sorted everything and sent through the missing photo. Great service.

Myself

Myself, my partner and our two younger sisters went to Thorpe Park Fright Night on 12/10/19. As we entered we were approached by a sales man from Picsolve. He pitched to us that for just £15 we could get unlimited pictures from the rides we went on. This sounded Great! I mentioned to him ' would the weather effect our pictures' he said the cameras are robust and they quality is great! ( It was raining all day) Done deal! We purchased two wrist bands for £30.

After every ride we went on we went to collect our pictures and were told that the cameras had stopped working from 12 onwards ( we arrived at 1!) Therefore we had no pictures from that day.

I went and found the man that sold us these wristbands and he advised he wasn't told about the cameras and therefore its not his fault. He then went on to sale them to a family entering the park.

I spent £30 on two wrist bands that didn't work as no cameras were working. I emailed them twice looking for a response and they emailed me finally, back this morning saying they won't take this case any further and closed it.

NO HELP. Complete false sale. Not useful customer service.

Shocking.

Thank you so much for all your help

Thank you so much for all your help. I messaged them late at night and had immediate response. They helped me with my ticket number because for whatever reason it didn’t work but they fixed it right away and I was able to see my pictures. Also one of my pictures was not loaded to me digipass and they found them for me with in a day or two. Thank you guys so much! Pictures mean the world to me and the fact that y’all were able to track them means a lot.

I have found Picsolve customer service…

I have found Picsolve customer service reps to be absolutely amazing. They have ALWAYS found my pictures that - for whatever reason - didn't come through the first time from Legoland. Those pictures are precious memories and they seem to understand that. I am thankful for the humans at the other end of the technology that is Picsolve. Thank you!

I wouldn't normally write a review but wanted to highlight the great service I received from Ben after expecting very little given the reviews. A Harry Potter visit left us without the broomstick video, the most anticipated memory of the day. We had to return to Australia the next day without our video. WB studios immediately sent us off to Picsolve. Once I lodged a ticket, I received a response within days and prompt follow up, resulting in a replacement USB being sent from England to Australia, no problems at all. Thank you Ben!

SCAM ARTISTS!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!

On 9/14/19, I went with my son, my grandson, and my grandson's cousin to Lego Land and Sea Life Aquarium in Kansas City. We had photos taken of the two boys at both attractions, and were given codes to use to download the photos on a computer when we got home. I tried repeatedly to download the photos (using both Chrome and Internet Explorer), but NONE of the six codes we received worked. I submitted a support request on 9/18/19 - no response. Submitted a second support request on or about 9/23 - no response. Sent a message to the company through their Facebook page on 9/28 - no response. Had to google Picsolve to find a phone number. Called the number on 10/2 and reached a recording stating that their voicemail box is full and instructing me to try my call again later. The codes are only valid for 30 days after the pictures are taken, and they are deleted from the Picsolve website 90 days after the pictures are taken. Picsolve deserves 0 stars. I have also filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Kansas Attorney General's office as of today. Picsolve should be put OUT of BUSINESS.
