Awesome Friends Central Perk digital photo!
Bought the Friends Central Perk souvenir photo at Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood, but once I got around to download the digital version, I realised my receipt was worn down and I could't read the reference properly. I tried different combinations to no avail.
So, I contacted Picsolve through the support portal, and the following day, I received an answer from Ben saying he had located my digital photo and attached it to the email.
It looks like the photo quality was even better than if I had downloaded it through the website!

Quick response to resolve the issue
I contacted PicSolve Team to source a digital download of the photo from our recent visit to The Making of the Harry Potter, Warner Brother Studios, London. We took a photo at the Green Screen, and purchased the printed copy during the visit. The receipt contained the code for downloading the same image, when we get home. I lost the receipt and hence lost the code too. I contacted the Warner Brothers Studio, who directed me to write to PicSolve team- I did that using the website- contact us portal-UK region- issues with Downloading photo. I received the response email along with the attachment of the photo, within 1-2 day (26hours to be precise). It was quick and easy, really appreciate the awesome customer service. I read a lot of negative reviews about them on Facebook, but I am one happy customer for PicSolve.

I was so upset and thought the pictures…
I was so upset and thought the pictures we paid for were lost but PicSolver resolved the issue in 24 hours and we got all the pics we paid for!!!

We had an excellent experience with Legoland Florida's digipass. We were missing some pictures upon our return home but customer service found them for us quickly! Would definitely purchase the digipass again.

Not happy!
My daughter and I purchased a ticket for the photos at Madame Tussauds in London expecting to have 5 photos when we returned to Australia. The initial photo was printed when we paid the 30 British pounds the remainder we were meant to be able to download. At no time were we told that we would need to keep the wristband to be able to do this! Since returning home I have been in contact with Picsolve only to be told that without our wristbands we cannot access any photos! A very expensive photo and certainly would not recommend buying this!!!

Quick response and allocation of photos
We forgot to select our photos at NINJAGO before we left the park, and did not realize this until we check our photos on Picsolve almost a month later. We provided the information to allocate the correct photos, and received the photos as email attachments in one day. Great service!

Field Trip
We went on a school field trip to Kennedy Space Center... and thought it would be cute to have the kids do the green screen... What a blast for them and the pics came out adorable!!
Slight hiccup with one of the digital, but the customer service was on it and I have the correct pic a few days later

About as dishonest as it gets
About as dishonest as it gets. My photos have the background showing through my clothing and parts of my body. The response is that "...there are no technical enhancements....", meaning myself and my family must have actually been on the moon when the photo was taken.
Because it took a week to get a response there was no option to return and apparently it is my fault for not checking thoroughly and being stupid enough to think maybe for the price I could have a reasonable expectation of quality.
Now I am just waiting for the standard copy and paste response, saying how sorry they are.......whilst happily keeping my money.

I visited Rockefeller Center and had pictures taken with family members from Germany. Til this date have not gotten my pictures. The code they provided never worked. I've been contacting them since Dec. 23rd and have not gotten anywhere. Everytime they send me an email they continue to ask the same questions, date of visit to the tree and how many people where in the picture. They don't seem to want to reimburse your money. Very disappointed with the level of service for a place like Rockefeller Center. Buyer Beware! Spread the word Picsolve does not work!

TERRIBLE PHOTO BOOTH COMPANY. MY FAMILY TRAVELED TO NEW YORK AND PLANNED TO TAKE A FAMILY PICTURE IN ROCKETFELLER CENTER. THEY TOOK THE PICTURES CHARGED FOR THEM AND THE CODE PROVIDED NEVER WORKED. IT HAS BEEN TWO WEEKS AND NO RESPONSE BY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES. ALL WE GET IS VAGUE EXCUSES WITH NO EFFORT TO RECOVER OUR PICTURE WHICH WE PLANNED TO GIVE TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
