Was given failed information by the man…
Was given failed information by the man that sold me the passes, he said our band codes were on the receipt under reference and a month later and they asked me what time I got on to the rides that I am trying to retrieve the photos. I did not realise I would have to give them times of each ride. We spent £55 on the passes for one day for our family group and we have ended up with 4 photos. The concept is great but unfortunately it’s not well managed.

Very good customer service
Amended review: I did have issues with downloading one of my photos, several tickets logged but I never received a response.
Raised the query on here, customer services were very prompt in responding. They emailed me my missing image direct but I received nothing. I asked them to try an alternate email account, came through straight away.
Thank you Picsolve customer services!!

I have been unable to download picture.
I have been unable to download my picture from the Picsolve site. It just says error every time I try. After contacting them three times in almost 2 weeks I haven’t gotten an answer from them. I spent $20 on one picture so this is a huge let down.

Dont understand why the company has so…
Dont understand why the company has so many bad reviews?! Couldnt get my photos from my family holiday to Legoland, and I was so upset thinking they were lost forever! No photos of my family and my kids big happy smiles!! But one email to picsolve and they fixed whatever link was broken and I got back every single one of my precious pictures . Thankyou to the customer service team!!

Worked well for me
Spent a couple of days at Blackpool Pleasure Beach this week and bought the "4 for £20" ride photo deal each day. Got the physical photos at the time and brought the receipts home. Just entered the codes from each of them and have downloaded the full resolution photos easily and without any problems. (For those who complained that the photos were too small, perhaps they didn't click the green Download button under the picture to get the full size version?)

Awful customer service team, no care for their customers
I went to Alton Towers as part of a school trip on 12th June. I bought a day digipass for 30 pounds as it was my first time going on roller coasters and wanted to remember it with my friends. Unfortunately, the weather was bad and my wristband got torn and the code became faded and unreadable. I had memorised the code beforehand in case of this happening, so on the way home I checked my photos online on my phone and they were there. However, I went to download them a few days later but the code didn't work anymore. The code on the receipt also does not work.
I contacted their customer services team, but they seemed to ignore the information I put in the email and ended the ticket without giving an answer. I have contacted them several more times, and am getting concerned now as it is still not resolved with the 90 day period ending soon and no answer being given over the 2 months I have tried to contact them.
Do not buy any digipasses from Picsolve!!

We had a problem with our USB stick…
We had a problem with our USB stick purchased last Friday at the Harry Potter studio tour.
I contacted Picsolve on the Monday-I received a reply on the Tuesday after the Bank Holiday- after giving the details to them, it was promptly sorted out.
I received a replacement USB stick this morning.
I cannot fault their service in any way.

Full service not available - recommend only buying ride photos and not digipass
After paying £30 for a digipass at Chessington the advertisement stated there would be "photo sets and official walkabout photographers" as well as a "FREE standard printed photograph of your choice" but none of these options were available at the park in a peak season day. I only came away with 5 ride photos which would have been cheaper for the "5 photos for £20" deal. The ride photos came out well but I am still disappointed at the lack of further photo opportunities and would not recommend or pay for this service again.

Complete ripoff and a shambles of a customer service department
Update 20/08/19: after having to open another support ticket as they close each one down after they reply the latest is the photos are only ever intended to be 6x4 prints and apparently file size doesn’t affect image quality...... its 2019!!! customer service is atrocious and they obviously get enough complaints that they hope people will get tired of having to open new tickets to try to get answers they need. Terrible product and rip off service. Trading standards need to look into this company.
Avoid the onsite photography at Legoland Windsor. I paid £40 for a two day pass to get photographs by the professional onsite photographers. Once home I logged in and downloaded the images and was disappointed that they were low quality images (300-400kb). Assuming these were sample images I contacted Picsolve and asked to get access to the high resolution images. They replied saying there weren’t any and then closed the support ticket saying it had been resolved. I replied to their email to gat a ‘this ticket is resolved’ reply and they couldn’t answer any further questions. I opened two new support tickets and again was told the issue was closed. These guys and Legoland Windsor have scammed me out of £40 and ruined what was a nice break with my two girls. Avoid these guys, you’d be better taking a 10 year old mobile phone to get better pictures!!!!
And there’s the standard reply that everyone gets. Nothing like the personal touch!!

PICSOLVE = CON
I’m still waiting for all 4 of my emails to be replied to... so Picsolve if you do read this please reply, or at least give me some other contact information to speak to someone who other than your ‘contact us’ page, which is obviously a waste of time.
What you are failing to realise is people have paid for photos, and are not receiving them... but if a con if your taking people late money and not providing the goods isn’t it?!

Truly awful
Truly awful, utterly dreadful customer services too.
Paid over 100 pounds for a 2 day Digipass at Alton Towers, half the cameras didn't work on day one & then on day two lots of photos were taken but no images whatsoever where available to download.
Complained to Alton Towers who washed their hands of the situation, amazingly, then pointed the finger of blame at Picsolve. Who??? I bought the pass from Alton Towers, I've never heard of Picsolve.
Contacted Picsolve via an email portal, they simply never responded. Then i reached out again, nothing. I complained to Alton Towers, again and again (they'd missed one of my sets of emails, how frustrating) who finally managed to get through to them, but by then it was just a handful of days before the 90 day period to get your images, nevertheless before it & they confirmed they were dealing with them. Guess what, Picsolve dragged their heels until AFTER the deadline had exceeded & only then responded to me, to tell me it was to late and that i should have contacted them sooner...
Wow, i have all my emails to them & nothing in return. The tone from their customer service response (Emma) was ridiculously patronising after the 90 day period had exceeded, all the while i have been sending emails all over the place.
AVOID PICSOLVE - THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, unfortunately if your reading this i guess it's too late for you, like many other with similar stories.
I fully expect a useless Picsolve BOT responce below, don't bother, it's too late, you're useless, I've lost all my money and have nothing to show for it. Your company cannot deal with complaints appropriately (as we can see from your one star review as standard, wow, great company) & your customer service operators need to be better trained.

Avoid at all cost
I went to different attractions and have my digipass scanned. The staff all said they’d been done but when I went home, can’t see any of my photos. And when I emailed, no response. Disappointing

Awful experience - don't buy
Awful experience. Paid $55 for the DigiPass option. The pics weren't available when we went to the website to download them. After two weeks of going back and forth with their customer "support", we finally got them to work. Note, it took their customer support team 5 days to even respond. When they did respond, it's as though they didn't read any of the information provided in the email we sent. We spent 3-4 days more going back on forth sending them information we already provided. Once we finally got the pic, many of the pics were unedited and some were of another family. Then when we requested a refund, they offered us $5 back!! Awful. Awful. Awful.

DONT waste your money!
My daughter lost her receipt for the photo she bought of her and her friend on the Smiler ride at Alton Towers.
So was so upset as without the 12 digit code she was unable to download her photo to share with friends and family etc her first trip to Alton Towers and keep a precious school trip memory.
I supplied Picsolve with a copy of the original photo and date and time it was taken.
Their reply!
Hello,
Thank you for getting in touch with us.
Unfortunately, without a receipt we are unable to locate your photos. The receipt holds vital information to allow us to search for your photos, and without it I’m afraid there isn’t anything we can do.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Kind regards,
Chelsea
*** So basically they said tough luck!!!

You need to know this remedy..
I have to write this review to let others know, there is a possibility you can retrieve your photos if the code isn't working when inputted. Try the recommended o's instead of zero's or even q's in place of first. However, if in the event that this method still doesn't work when entering your code, digicode or receipt code; try switching your browser or selecting another browser such as Mozilla or Chrome, enter the web address and add the same code from your wrist band or receipt (wrist band for my day digipass) into the website using that browser. Mozilla worked immediately for me. Always remember different software may perform better or only on some browsers than others. In most cases the most up to date browser, even the mainstream ones like I.E. 11 at the moment are worth updating for the latest version. New software or tech doesn't 'talk well' with old formatting. This may be what the "investigators" failed to notify the public following any of their investigations..quite an obvious thing to a tech mind person or helpdesk.. quite annoying to know all those people weren't suggested this as an action, now losing their memories in pictures they've paid for and looked forward to having in their library :/ Try this it may help you too ;) Alton Towers we visited 28/07/19. Amazing day and good job we can investigate ourselves to a point, lucky it was this case for us and not something else on Picsolve's end as it doesn't seem from the reviews we'd have a fair investigation, professional, or refund at all otherwise. Have to give 5 star in this case because all 16 were there, as good quality as the booth at the ride, not pixulated, ove downloaded all on my phone and aldo on my desktop seperately since you can download as many times as you like inside 30 days, shared via what's app easily losing no quality, will be download able to a USB for photo printing at a shop for an album, and at that point Picsolve did their bit.. This isn't a fake post either if you read all of the above correctly ;) Hope it works out for you too

Waste of time and money.
Went to Mme Tussaud's London. Purchased photo pass. Half of the pictures are missing from the online log. Quality of the other pictures is ABYSMAL. Like 190k pictures instead of hi-res ones (like they advertise and sell). A toy phone supplies better pictures. Tried to contact them in order to get the missing pictures, at least. Never replied, response message (online only) said it could take them weeks to reply. Download is expiring soon, no pictures, no reply. Would give -1 star, if I could.

got my photos but took a while .
after reading the dreadful reviews here , i was worried when i was at blackpool pleasure beach and some of the photos didnt appear on the digital download when i got back . so i contacted them , response time from their customer service is extremely long , like others on this site, they asked for a pic of the receipt ,they replied about 10 days later saying they had found the my pics and had attached them to their responding email - which they hadn't i thought here we go , this was just an excuse to close my ticket . so i sent them another email and reopened another ticket with them , 2 wks later they emailed me back with the photos attached this time . so to sum up - 3 stars for getting me my photos - 2 stars dropped though for the lengthy process to do it .

0 Stars if there was an option......AWFUL
I attended Thorpe Park 10 and 11 July 2019 and purchased a 2 day Digipass. The first day all our pictures were on the website. However, our second day pictures have been lost due to Picsolves error.
I paid £35 to receive 2 days worth of pictures but Picsolve have decided to loose my 2nd day for whatever reason.
After trying to contact Picsolve 3 times, their customer service is shocking, they do not respond to any communication, very poor practice.
Anyone who attends theme parks, do not purchase the Digipass if the company uses Picsolve.
