Frames are well made and shipped very quickly. Would be wonderful to have more unpainted options as well as slips/liners.

Easy to design frames on the website. The frames were delivered in good time and good condition.

Ridiculously uneccessarily complicated website, resulting in frame which is completely useless. So many dimensions to consider, one easily misinterpreted and you've completely wasted your money, £32 in my case, and no understanding from their customer services. What made it worse was that the finished item looked so cheap it was laughable. Have bought better quality frames from Wilko! Also, 9 working days to deliver, wouldn't call that an express service! Definitely wouldn't recommend and I won't be ordering from them again.

AVOID this company. They will ignore your concerns, then claim you were too late to raise them

Had glass replaced that had previously broken and was unusual size.
The staff are very knowledgeable and made time to answer questions about some frames I noticed in the shop.
