You I recently purchased the GemCam camera and couldn't be happier with my experience!
I did run into a minor issue concerning an upgrade I needed to make, but I was truly impressed by the company's customer service. They responded quickly and efficiently, addressing my concerns with professionalism and care. Their fast response time really made a difference, and it's clear they value their customers.

I can't speak highly enough of the outstanding service I’ve received from Jocelyn and the Picup Media team. From start to finish, the support has been absolutely fantastic — prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful.

Jocelyn went above and beyond to ensure my problem was resolved. She was incredibly responsive, kind, and patient throughout the entire process, resolving my issue quickly and ensuring I had everything I needed to succeed with the platform.

Jocelyn's EXCELLENT customer service

I contacted Jocelyn for the turntable plate issue in the Gembox, and she's extremely helpful to me! She's willing to spend her time to make video testing with the Gembox and GemCam to help me deeply find out the cause and solutions for my problem, and she's really active and quickly responded to my issue. Outstanding

The support from the company is outstanding. I have not been using mine very much only because I have not been making jewellery in the first half of the year but they actively ring me - out of the blue - to make sure I am getting on with the product. The support person, Jocelyn, is incredibly patient and has shown me how to setup the package and how to take better photos and link to my shopify site. No other company I know rings to see 'how you are getting on with the product'.

Margaret from tech support was patient…

Margaret from tech support was patient and very understanding and spoke in a language we understood with our limited tech knowledge. We found out, through Margaret that we needed a dedicated graphics card which was most valuable. Also, Mia was good in customer service with showing us the gem cam pro which we went ahead and ordered.

Fantastic Support and Helpful Tutoriale tutorial

I had a very productive tutorial session with Kristine from Picup Media. During our session she identified an issue with our equipment and took immediate steps to resolve it, which I really appreciated. Pic Up Media - great customer service experience

Have used Pic Up media products for a number of years and have had no need to engage support. However on purchasing our new Camera we had intermittant problems during the first few months. Support was great through this period, keeping in contact, suggesting what to check, and responding promptly. As the problem was continuing though, without being asked, we were supplied with a new replacement camera at no charge. Now we can enjoy our Gem Cam, easy to use, lots of features and know it's backed up by the best customer service!
