Best Jewelry Photography Box

I run a jewelry manufacturing business in Malaysia and I often run into problems when taking pictures of my products. With over 1000 sku it will cost a bomb to hire a photographer and it takes a lot of time to touch up too.

I bought other light box as well including, but none of them gave me what I wanted. Yellowish white, blueish white, all sort of white in the background which will look unprofessional if you put on your website or catalog.

Excellent customer service, excellent quality and worth the money.

I was hesitant to buy this product due to the high price. I postponed for months, trying to find a cheaper way to get product images and videos against a true white background using my DSLR camera and standard light tent. I also tried editing my existing photos after the fact to whiten the backgrounds, which was enormously time consuming for items like silver chains. After many months and many failures, I realized I had already wasted several thousand dollars worth of my time and still hadn't come up with a simple, efficient solution. So I took the plunge, buying first just the basic light box, and then adding the accessories one at a time. Each purchase has proved to be a great investment. My GemLightBox and each accessory kit arrived to me in perfect working condition. I was able to link both my Turntable and the Aerial to the app on my Android 11 phone without difficulty. I did have a few questions about how the app works to fine-tune brightness and color, and how the accessories can be used. Each time I initiated a Chat with Support on the Picupmedia website, a knowledgeable person was available to answer my questions immediately. The GemLightBox won't replace my DSLR and tent, but it does supplement them by quickly and easily shooting reasonable quality stills and videos against the pure white that is required by some online marketplaces. I'm happy with my investment and would buy again. I look forward to using the Eclipse accessory to photograph and video silver chains against a solid black background as well.

While I've been using PicUp Media for several years now, recently I was blown away. There was a minor defect only in the jewelry sample photographed, believe it or not, out of a batch of 100+ units. What are the odds? When I received the retouched images, I thought the editing team made a mistake. When it came to my attention the defect was in the physical sample, I asked if it was possible to "fix" it digitally on the photograph. AND THEY DID!!! We didn't have to re-shoot, saving me time and money. Their work makes jewelry look impeccable and very high end. I'm a client for life! Thank you PicUp Media!!!
