Great product line, great quality products, fast delivery. Been using them for years and everything I've bought has lasted. My go-to spot for low-cost high-quality rings, clickers and barbells.

No tracking number and no communication
Placed an order over the weekend and paid for express shipping. Had an email saying it was dispatched Monday morning. No tracking number, I sent an email Monday night asking for it. I kept checking my account waiting for it to be uploaded. The order arrived today, but no one replied to my email or uploaded the tracking.

Hi Ashleigh, we are terribly sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately we have not received an email from you. You purchased on Saturday and we do not operate on the weekends. Neither does Australia Post. You order was dispatched the next business day - so it arrived within its due timeframe 1-3 business days. We hope you love the products you purchased and again we are sorry for the inconvenience Australia Post may have caused. Have a lovely day!

One of the easiest websites I've ever used
The website is totally friendly, intuitive and simple to understand.
The prices are very reasonable and delivery was quick.
I have nothing negative to say.

Terrible quality
Clearly you bought your crap off temu or something similar and sold as the genuine article. Terrible quality, especially at a premium price. as sholes.
You deleted my last review and ignored my emails, so I shall continue to spread the word online of how deceptive and sh itty you are :)
I will never again buy from this site.
Cheers

In the advertisement the rings were thick and large, in reality, diminutive and super thin. Hated them

Hi Mark,
We are sorry you feel this way,
you purchased products that are 20ga thick. The type of products you purchased are for a nose piercing. The images show what these products are and the description states the sizing ranges. If you need help with sizing we are available to chat via our email enquiries@pierceoff.com.au.
Thanks :)
