The service at the truck stop in Salt Like City (pilot 746) is absolutely terrible! I ordered two ice creams. I went to the checkout. There was a young guy standing there. He scanned the items, all that was left was to pay. But at that moment, this young man started talking on his phone. I waited three minutes, then wanted to ask him to pay, but he interrupted me with a gesture and started smashing my ice cream on the table! Why? So that all the chocolate would crumble? Another employee came over, they laughed, the young man continued talking on the phone, and the woman took out her phone and looked at something and laughed! Two salespeople can't sell the goods? I'd rather go to Walmart and buy a whole ice cream for a dollar and a half than buy a ruined one at this truck stop for three and a half dollars. And this kind of attitude is very common at this particular truck stop.

We had a incident parking our rv at the Vega Tx Pilot. Spent all morning trying to reattach the pipe leading to the water system beneath the vehicle. Associate Creighton came to our aid with a little muscle and ideas during his break. What a wonderful young man. And what an example of the customer care shown by Pilot employees

Stopped in for coffee in the early morning hours while working and found there was no coffee at all. The dispensers were empty, filthy, and unappetizing. The coffee bean machines only dispensed a quarter cup of watered-down slop that didn't look like coffee. The food looked like it had been under the heat lamps for a decade and looked like an invitation for intestinal disaster. I'm not sure what changed here, but I don't recommend this place as it seems more like a health hazard than a truck stop.

Went there late at night to get some pizza. Even if the price was 25 cents per slice it would be a RIPOFF!! Not baked long enough and really did not have much flavor at all! Real nice place on the inside and I was impressed with it. Did not try any other food----but if it was ANYTHING like the pizza--------------

BEWARE and watch your credit/debit card here! After my $40.00 gas purchase, I was horrified to see that this gas station ran a $151.00 hold on my debit card 3 minutes before my $40.00 gas purchase. Pilot blatantly LIED and blamed it on my bank, who said it came from Pilot and they had no control over it. Apparently, Pilot keeps your money for 3 business days. How can they get away with this??
The managers have a BS script they read off to infuriated customers claiming they are close to the CA border, blaming the bank again, lying again insisting that Pilot had no hand in this hold. I am getting so old I don't know or understand this awful world anymore...

This company commits fraud and steals from you if you use a card to purchase gas. They add an additional $151 to your card. There are no signs posted on the gas pumps which is a violation of the law. they refuse to remove the additional charge and use the excuse that the bank put the charge on the card. The bank says this company is well known for this.

I visited the Flying J in Siloam Ga and I was sexually assaulted by a male worker in the shower room and Im not seeing anything being done about it.Be ware Siloam Ga, has a black male predator in the shower area.

This Company is all about the money,let there be no mistake. The cost for a shower average is approximately $14, they are all fast food. Burritos are pencil thin for over $4. I'm comparing this to 20 years ago that had quality food and employees. My advice, get you gasoline and go (do not go into this trap) employees who would rather be anywhere but work, high prices and food that at the smallest portions at the highest price.

I work for pilot 11:46 in Pecos Texas where if you're a Good worker You're going to get fired never promoted fired. I was fired for a violation of policy and procedure yet I was sexually harassed by my assistant manager, in front of employees one of her leads who told her to stop it's inappropriate and she laughed it off and didn't care. I know it has been brought to the managers attention, and he did nothing because she still works there they covered it up, I know a customer called in and made a complaint to the manager about my being sexually harassed and how uncomfortable I was and nothing was done, I was forced to clean up feces, blood, vomit, and a dead animal without the correct PPE materials nor equipment, pilot is so strict on following their their rules and procedures but they do nothing about it when somebody makes a complaint about it The managers don't check on the pit stops because every shift that I work I had to re-clean the bathrooms immediately because the shift before me did not do it , I had to always clean up feces that was there all day and all over things. I've reported things to the manager, I've asked not to work with certain people because we didn't get along and I was forced to work with those people I've told my manager how I was uncomfortable with things and nothing was done I was written up for a mistake that I made but another person almost made the same mistake but they didn't let her they told her that they couldn't do it and when I did it they watched me do it follow me outside to my car watch me put what I bought in my car and go back to work and then question me about it talking about you're making me be a manager and choose being a manager over my friendship but yet the same person sexually harassed me talking about how I got to have sex with her and two cashiers and now pilot won't even won't even look into it let alone question me and it's all on video and one of the leads that works in the morning she heard it and didn't say nothing so Wendy's times it's cool to sexually harass people and objectify people unless you're a woman. I've been forced to work and cover two people's jobs while the other people sit around on their phones hit on women but not work have pilot 1146 you get paid to text people on your phone as long as you're not me The equity there is so off balance that there are no other races that work in the store I was the only white person working there and I got fired when I should have been asked certain things or even talk to about it it was plotted planned and executed by the assistant manager who went around and tried to get people to talk behind my back after I went home my last day of work so that she can get her story straight but my question is this why would you go to a store that treats its customers poorly, and treat tits employees even worse I was a slave I did all the work while they're cousins nephew's son's brothers husbands or whatever All I got to just hang back and do nothing and when I complained about this nothing happens and then on the 8th of this month August I received a call from HR about a question I asked about how promotions are done my harassment and treatment got worse I suffer from bipolar a anxiety severe depression and anxiety and the people that I worked with the manager knew everybody knew and the assistant manager just kept on trying to trigger me all the time and the one day that I got triggered so bad by something I ask my assistant manager if I can go home because my medication that I take for this stuff to stop me from having panic attacks I was told don't make a habit of this but yet she takes all the time off in the world for something that's bugging her I dedicated myself to working as best as I could doing the best job that I can had no problems perfect work record I got fired for one mistake that could have just been like hey you know you can't do this but instead I got fired it's not a good company to work for I've had to work on diesel pumps and gasoline wearing kitchen serving gloves made out of plastic I have burns on my hands and arms from chemicals because they don't supply you with the right stuff there is no equipment for them there they want you to do excruciating the hard work and 113° weather and yet the cashiers and insistent managers and managers and lead people all have the same descriptor as the facility maintenance people that it is their duty to maintain the cleanliness of the store I have been called away from cleaning up spills to mop up a puddle in front of their cashier's desk because they couldn't bother themselves to pick up a mop they let employees smoke in this store and it's all on video and they see it but they do nothing about it. But to be sexually harassed and debased by your boss it's not a good feeling it's scary and when you tell somebody like they say to they treat you worse and then fire you. Adam wright you need toMake this right.

Been trying to get my wife's card set up so she can use benefits...what a joke and waste of time...been trying for 4 hours to get this limp piece of software to actually recognize the card I received from Pilot...changed password multiple times...still cannot get it to come up...Pilot Error...give me a break

As a new over the road truck driver I have given pilot 3 tries and unfortunately all 3 have been horrible experiences from pumps not working to the worst customer experience inside with staff ... I will go out of my way to make sure I never stop at another one

Pilot, and Pilot flying J's where my traveler stops on my 2000 miles journey crossing California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and Luisiana.
Their locations are safety havens.
Prices are great, staff even greater.
They always get truckers and travelers back alike.

So. I'M seizing the moment. Using your platform to inform Americans that those places are among the safest stops to land on.

Entered the main entrance , went straight to men’s room.
Waited in line for my turn and also to purchased a pack of smokes and a steak sandwich .
Notice cashier attitude and face impression went from joyful to sadness within seconds.
As I approach the front counter , cashier stated “ how can I help you ? “
( With an attitude )
I responded with “ can I have a pack of Marlboro 100 and a steak sandwich please. “
Cashier returned with the two items I asked for, with a VERY strange look “ like looking me up and down like if I belonged on a different planet .
She looked straight into my eyes and stated : “ are you going to pay for the hat you got your head? “
I stated in return : excuse me, “ thinking it was a joke or something “
Second time around she started to show frustration and slurring her words.
She stated : you heard me are you going to pay for the hat you got on your head?
I responded with a “ are you serious ? “
She stated with so much anger in her heart, the spit started running down the corner of her mouth.
Yes I am very serious purchase the hat or take it off!
All hell broke out, she took my items off the counter and yelled out I can refuse service to you, get out.
You don’t want to know the feeling on how embarrassed I was inside this store!
Just imagine you buying a hat 100 miles away from this store and you are now being accused of stealing it!!!
I was profiled, discriminated , harassed and judged for my appearance !!!
The manager on shift that night standing feet away did not deescalate the problem that he was watching, but added to the problem.
I had to ask the manager to speak to him lol, He stated “ the reason you were treated that way by my employee is because we caught 4 people today trying to steal from our store!!! “
It’s on video every word, I’ll tell you straight up from my heart, this problem made me very depressed !!!

I stopped the pilot fly J, pilot_00647 Haubstadt, to fill my tank. My car took $50 worth of fuel and they put a $151 hold on my card. I WILL NEVER BUY FUEL FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!

Williamsburg pilot is a joke! My husband attempted to purchase gasoline and cigarettes he was told his ID was expired I proceeded to go in to use my ID with my debit card and was told they couldn’t sell me the cigarettes OR gasoline because I could possibly be buying them for my 43 year old husband! They will not be getting anymore of my business for the way they acted!

Worked for this company. Manager doesn't do her job in the subway. She has a lead to her job. She doesn't wear her visor she said she doesn't have to. Worst company to ever work for I cut myself with a stanley box cutter.I got wrote up for it. Two months later, I had to use an unapproved box cutter and was fired for it. They took on my vacation time from me. The 3 white girls on day shift no longer work. Ed there, our hours were always changed With all the time, she would change our schedule and not advise us that it was changed. Some of us drove in to find out that we weren't working and had to turn around and go home. You had to tell her that you had p t o even though you submitted it because you wouldn't look at it. Her kids don't follow portion sizes and don't spread the meat out of the sandwiches. So your first 2 and last 2 bites are nothing but bread. Hope you don't mind when you spend seventeen dollars for a sandwich. I will be following discrimination case against them.

Store #655 spiceland The first time ever I went in shower no complaints the blonde girl I think her name was Megan, was the one cleaning them smelled great and exceptionally clean and she was super polite. The young man at the counter was also exceptionally polite even though the man in front of me was being rude to him!

I had an outstanding greeting at store #775 in St. George, Utah! The staff was extremely welcoming, and the store was impeccably clean. It's no surprise that Pilot Flying J is famous for their delicious pepperoni pizza—it's truly exceptional! Thank you, Pilot Flying J store #775, for consistently maintaining such a positive and lively atmosphere!
I'll be back!
