Fast responses and Helpful
I was having a hard time getting my server started and needed some assistance with the set up. Despite my lack of understanding since I'm not super good at technology, the team was amazing and was more then helpful in making sure my experience was great and handled with care. By the end of the conversation we got everything set up how I was hoping and I couldn't be happier choosing this company for my server!

Amazing Support, Great Service
I cannot properly express my gratitude to PingPerfect for saving my Ark community. We were previously using a terrible host with terrible data management that scammed me out of 100s of dollars for services never provided.
PingPerfect literally worked with me for 16 hours to get my data transferred away from the bad host (who stupidly had my maps spread across 7 different machines and organized in the stupidest way possible) and had my service running flawlessly. They walked me through the entire process, which was no easy feat! Everyone was understanding and worked to solve the problem with me, rather than copy-and-pasting whatever was on their clipboard to shut me up.
Marie, Alvin, Alfred, Karim, and James worked really hard and continued to stick with me, even as we hit small bumps, and ensured everything was working to my specifications. We no longer experience random disconnects, lag, nor rude customer service replies.
PingPerfect is more expensive than my previous host, but the polite exchanges from their agents and the peace of mind that my servers are in good hands is completely worth it. You really do get what you pay for--if your gaming community is important to you, it's definitely worth it.
Thank you so much, PingPerfect! You've made some Ark survivors extremely happy!
