I've used Ping for several years now, and I've always been incredibly impressed with the staff's readiness to respond to issues. But recently, having opened my own server through them, I saw a side that only served to impress me further. I had a very very difficult year in 2022, and the stress was weighing heavily on me. When I went to them with an unusual request, they didn't hesitate, they worked with me to come up with a solution that WORKED. And then they waited so patiently for me to be ready to work with them again. I will never forget that kindness, and I encourage others to work with them, because the staff are one in a million, all of them!

No provider can be perfect but PP is simply the best available game server hosting provider, period.

We had an issue with one of our three servers last evening. The support staff were quick to respond and worked diligently to resolve the issue. It gives peace of mind knowing an issue won't be set aside for 24 hours as it was with previous company. Thank you!

I have rented a server from them for two years at this point and I have always had stellar performance. The few times I have had to file a support ticket with them the response time has always been 5 to 15 minutes(Issues were all self inflicted). They have always been great to work with even when I have ahem been late on paying because I am ADHD as it gets.

ALWAYS have good expierences with ping perfect, I've ran game servers on here for over 5 years, and their customer service is nothing short of extraordinary, being there's a time difference of course there's a few times when they arent available but when they are they always reply fast, and help you with just about anything, I'm sure I could stub my toe and ask them advice and they would still answer, if you thinking about using a hosting service for your game server, go with them, you will not be disappointed.

Started with a free 48 hour trial, looking for a new server to move an existing one to.

Setup was quick and easy. The pricing offered was the best quote out of around 6 other providers checked with.

Server performance is incredibly good for the price, with a 30 slot server being less than £25 a month this appears to be one of if not the best deals out there.

Upgraded my trial immediately, I would highly recommend the company so far. We've not had a chance to test the performance with a high concurrent player account, I'll update the review if necessary, but all indications look great so far.

Update: Interaction with support was quick and painless, they were very helpful in getting my questions answered.

My support reparative. Was egar to go out the way to help.. me even if the issue was so minor. And simple they did it and replyed to me immediately as soon as I send the ticket my entire issue was resolved and little less than 20 minutes this for me is an amazing accomplishment and support especially to the representative that helped me

Awesome - had an obscure problem and they kept working with me until it got solved. I actually tried out another server and went back to Pingperfect because the Tech Support was so good. Can't recommend these guys enough!

As always, Ping Perfect always responds fast with simple answers instead of telling you things that give you the run around. They were able to help me access my server and told me what the issue was to begin with. Thank you James Rimmer for your help and your fast responses.

James was great. Gave me good fast info with my options and his opinions on items i was unsure about. Without his input i would not have purchased a server.
