I paid Pinnacle Home Improvements $70,000 to replace my roof. I worked with Chase Walker and Donte Wheeler. My roof had hail damage and was approved by my insurance to be replaced. I have a large home in an affluent community. This was a premium price because I thought I would be getting an excellent product and excellent service before, during, and after the project was completed. I think they did a good job with the roofing project. However, when I needed Chase and Donte to provide extra information so I could get my final reimbursement from the insurance company they failed. I have repeatedly gave Chase Walker and Donte Wheeler the information my insurance company needed for my reimbursement but never receives a call or email back from them. I would not pay a premium price because their non-responsive follow up is going to cost me thousands of dollar in lost reimbursement from my insurance company.

Deposit paid May 2022. Todate no windows, response or refund. Clearly, from the comments posted here ,they are con artists.
£6,000 taken from my elderly father. I am so cross at this mistreatment, disregard and callousness.

This company has vanished with my money (and many others) and has made no attempt to contact me. I have phoned and emailed asking them to make contact but have had no reply. Be aware that the directors have once off to set up more companies which I would avoid like the plague.

Do not use this company! Adding my name to the list of disgruntled customers. We paid top price for the shoddy installation. Tried complaining but neither phone nor email addresses work. I’m currently trying snail mail but there are several confusing addresses. Who else can we complain to?

absolute con artist of a company, the director has ran away with the deposits wont answer the phone, i wont let him get away with this

Please, please avoid!!!!!! We are now out of nearly £6,000 I am currently in the processs of many ways to get my money back!!!

Well what can I say. Wish I had read the reviews before I paid my deposit. Survey completed on the 18/09/23 paid £500 deposit . Canceled with in the 14 days my situation changed and I can afford the full installation. Installation date was 12/10/23. Todays date 31/10/23 lots of phone calls promised a cheque in the post no show. Now not answering phones even phone the fellow Irish surveyor guess what no answer .. this company is a joke don’t touch

They are managing agents for my property I have the worst experience with the manager Laura newey doesn’t pick up phone if make appointment then she cancel it I never recommend any company to give contracts to them.

Visited by a salesman, agreed to the work, paid a deposit. Decided retrospectively that the costs were far too high and cancelled via email (as we were assured we could before we agreed to anything). No response. Emailed again, same thing. Eventually called and was told this would be cancelled.

No response for a month, no deposit refund. Called again to be told that a cheque was posted out three weeks prior (and somehow magically didn't arrive)? They said they would reissue. Has now been two months since cancelling with no refund.

Terrible company, do not use whatever you do.

Why are you cold calling at homes, even when they have a clear sign telling you not to do that? Please don't.

Third time now nobody has come to ft windows. Each time I wasn’t contacted to say they weren’t coming. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Was given different reasons and excuses for the third occasion by different people I spoke to. Also false claims they had been trying to contact me. Obviously not interested in fitting windows, just getting the money. Would strongly advise against using them.

My parents were somewhat cajoled into signing up to a replacement conservatory. They soon realised that it was a little overpriced and wanted to cancel. Phone calls made and reassurances provided. Email sent the following day to cover the 'cancellation in writing' clause. No response to the email, deposit still not refunded six weeks later. Disappointing!!

Automated telemarketing call, which I said I was interested in to get more details of the company as I am TPS registered. Got the call back and they said it was Pinnacle. They said I should check the TPS register, I did - my number is still registered. I told them I thought it was a scam and I wasn't interested. I would beware of this company given some of the reviews.

Just had our windows completed in our house. A smooth seamless process from start to finish. The fitters were clean and tidy and transformed our 1930’s home into an energy efficient home. We looked around and Pinnacle had the best product with certifications and guarantees to match all at a fair price. I would highly recommend, they are professional and polite and they say what they’ll do and do what they say.

We have had windows installed in previous houses and I can honestly say dealing with Pinnacle has by far been the best experience of them all. The sales person ex Royal Navy was lovely, the Surveyer and fitters excellent, and although not the cheapest quote we had I would recommend this company to anyone.

I had several companies around local and national but found them either to be to expensive or poor quality. Pinnacle gave me the best of both a superb product at an affordable price and the fitting team was amazing.

Very happy, nice chap came and gave me a quote for a conservatory roof at a good price, i decided that it was worth a go.
Very happy with the work that was done.

Almost exactly the same experience as the previous reviewer even down to the date of signing the contract, 15th April, 2023! We sent notification to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period on 25th April. Even the address on their contract is out of date. Mail sent to them has been "returned to sender," ie they have left no forwarding address at the old office. After numerous telephone calls we are awaiting a "call back". Where is our £4,994 deposit?
