Still waiting for my deposit to be returned
I paid a deposit to have loft foam installation put in place and succumbed to the pitch by the salesperson to have it installed a week later. The day after I had paid the deposit I emailed to cancel the installation as I wanted to investigate further the pros and cons. My emailed was acknowledged by the salesperson asking if anything could be done to reverse my decision to cancel. I said I still wanted to cancel, he said the finance team would see to my deposit being returned. It has been over a month now, I have received no email confirmation as to if or when my deposit will be returned. Furthermore my phone calls have been met with open promises such as "I will look into it", "someone will contact you" and "the cheque is in the post". Currently for the past week I have been unable to speak to anyone as all calls go straight to the answerphone.
Poor experience
Poor experience from beginning. Sales person just brainstorm us so badly that we agreed with deal and paid deposit. Found when next person come that sales person didn't include some cost and gave us wrong quotation. Then price goes up to almost double. Then you struggle to get your deposit back. Be careful before giving your money to the sales person.
Couldn’t be more accommodating
Couldn’t be more accommodating. Pricing was flexible, as was the fitting. The person who dealt with us, Michael, was gracious, transparent and couldn’t do enough for us. Very happy with the end result.
