My contact person Amy Hess is super nice and prompt to my concern. She made the entire process with smooth experience although there was little hiccups by another rep. There were lots of confusion on first hand as we switch to this provider but Amy patiently explained and drove us through each step. I would definitely recommend to my friends for their business.

Working with such a professional group of individuals make my life very easy when it comes to merchant processing. Always available even after hours when you need them when it matters the most. Nicholas and Sharminy expedited our bank and merchant account changes ASAP so that we wouldn't (and didn't) have any processing, settlement or funding issues. Excellent!!
