Sharminy at Pinpoint is absolutely wonderful! She is bar none the best representative I could have asked for. Without Sharminy my business would not exist today. Trying to get merchant processing for a 'high risk' company is a monumental undertaking, with landmines and roadblocks that no layman could reason. Sharminy has navigated me through the procedure of opening and properly maintaining merchant accounts with poise and positivity that I did not expect. Sharminy has gone the extra mile in ways I couldn't fathom, masterfully providing me with strong processor relationships. She has enabled me to focus my energy where it is needed, on growing the business. I could not ask for anybody better to help integrate me into merchant processing. I have a very small business. I was looking for lower merchant fees than I currently am paying. Spoke to David Cates who made an offer and sent an email with that offer. When I called him stating that I was interested in moving forward, he called with a completely different offer. When I asked him what the next step would be, he said he would send an application. After a couple of days, I left Mr. Cates a message stating that I thought about the offer and decided to decline at this time. He proceeded to call me. I then sent him a text with the same message. He continued to call throughout the day, send multiple emails and text messages, clearly angry asking why I "rescinded", then making statements such as "you agreed and then rescinded...". Even after again replying that I simply changed my mind, he sent a text message calling me irrational. I then asked him to please stop harassing me. Scary experience to have a salesman get so angry. I would not consider this company. Hoping he does not continue harassment following this review but others should be informed.
