Great Service and I Highly Recommend Pinpoint Payments.
I have been working with pinpoint payments for over a year now and it has been a great experience. Nico has gone above and beyond to help me with my processing. He really cares about helping me and establishing a long-term relationship where it's a win for both of us. He made sure to answer all my questions and give me all the options even if they are not what is most profitable for him. I feel like Nico and the pinpoint team really do look out for me. I highly recommend using them for credit processing.

Was introduced to Pinpoint after getting the runaround from my previous processor. The App process was quick, and setup was smooth. Never felt rushed and never felt pressured to take the plunge but sure glad I did. Would recommend to others

I reached out to PinPoint Payments support specialist team and Sharminy was extremely helpful. She helped me in researching a potential fraud order. If it wasn't for her, I would've lost hundreds in dollars worth of inventory. I cannot thank her enough for her diligent and decisive work.

The team at Pinpoint Payments helped us get merchant accounts when other couldn't come through. Before working with Pinpoint Payments, I had applied for merchant processing through many others (who were recommended) and none were able to procure processing for us (straight sale ecom merchant). We waited for months.
The team at Pinpoint Payments was quick to get us processing. Within a week we were up and running. So far no issues. Nico and his team has been very responsive and helpful in recommending solutions, cutting cost and maintaining the mids in good standing. Over all a great team to work with. Glad I found them!
