I cannot thank Julie and her team enough. I thoroughly recommend PIP Help CIC to anyone applying for PIPs to support their disabilities.
Serco, the private company sub contracted by the DWP to assess our claim seemed to do everything in its power to make claiming PIPs as difficult as possible. This included giving us misinformation, cutting off our calls and blaming it on ‘technical difficulties’ then threatening to reject our claim because we had exceeded the maximum amount of telephone calls (3, including the 2 where their company cut us off). After a complaint to the DWP about the mismanagement of our claim Serco put me through a 2 hour interrogation which undermined my son’s disabilities and the very real difficulties he encounters every day. Predictably (seemingly more concerned about Serco’s profits and having no intention of helping anyone with disabilities) they recommended that my son’s PIPs claim be rejected.
Thank goodness for Pip Help CIC and the genuinely caring staff who work there. I cannot imagine how anyone without such support can possibly negotiate the overwhelming barriers which prevent successful PIPs claims. For over a year Julie guided and supported every step of the way, encouraging us to continue as we received rejection after rejection. When I was at my lowest ebb and felt utterly despondent she motivated with her gentle logic and warm reassurance. Ultimately, it was through Julie’s guidance and legal knowledge that we managed to persuade the DWP to finally grant my son PIPs entitlement.
Disability can be extremely costly and before receiving PIPs my son was simply unable to manage his various debilitating conditions. Finally, he has been given a lifeline thanks to Julie and Pip Help CIC.

David explained the process of advising of changes. Without his clarification I would have created a problem with unnecessary reporting, causing more work for the overloaded DWP and myself complications.

I had a call with David this afternoon who was very knowledgeable about PIP and the processes both legally and on a personal level. He was understanding and gave me reassurance. I would recommend this service :)

Having heard how daunting the PIP form is, I began my search online while recuperating from a procedure and discovered PIP Help CIC website that proved to be beneficial. Upon making a phone call, I was promptly connected to David, who provided thorough responses to my enquiries and informed me that Jeremy Jones would be reaching out to me shortly.
When Jeremy contacted me, he conducted himself in a highly professional manner and addressed all my questions with clarity. Together, we engaged in several meetings, successfully submitted the PIP application. Throughout the process, Jeremy was a source of assurance, supported during telephone assessment. Ultimately, our efforts resulted in the successful attainment of two Standard PIP awards.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the collaborative efforts of David and Jeremy. Thank you Jeremy, for your exceptional support!

After two unsuccessful attempts to claim for PIP I got in touch with PIP HELP. I had a lovely conversation with Dave, who then put me in touch with Julie who handled my case. She was with me every step of the way, chatting on the phone, emailing me and filling out all the paperwork. All I had to do was sign it and pop it in the post.
When it was time for my telephone assessment from PIP, Julie was also there in the call ready to give guidance and speak for me if necessary.
I was finally awarded PIP! But only the daily living component.
Julie suggested appealing as she thought I should also be entitled to the mobility allowance.
So, she appealed on my behalf and I received the enhanced mobility award, plus it was backdated to the date I first claimed PIP! I was, and am over the moon. This would never have happened if it wasn't for Julie, as she knew exactly how to word everything as a trained solicitor. She was lovely, and kept in touch through the whole process, and I can't thank her enough.
I thoroughly recommend PIP Help if you have either claimed and been unsuccessful, or simply if you want all the worry and stress taken away by letting someone else do all the gruelling paperwork! Heartfelt thanks to Julie, and to Dave for his thorough explanation of the process, and for putting me in touch with her.

My daughters PIP case went to tribunal & I sought help from PIP HELP CIC as I was feeling overwhelmed. David was so helpful and empathetic, my case was taken on by Julie who was incredible, I can’t fault her at all, she did everything she could to pull my daughters case together, linking all the evidence to the criteria & guiding us through the whole process. My daughter was awarded enhanced daily living & standard mobility - this is life changing for her, she can now concentrate on her studies with all the support she needs to thrive & fulfil her potential in life! Thank you Julie, for everything!

5 star and beyond, from the very first phone call with Dave, he was honest and sympathetic and as time was running out as we were 14 months into a tribunal, he passed us on to the most amazing lady Julie who went through the whole process of a MR.
Today we went from no pip allowed to enhanced on both sections.
Totally taken back by there love and integrity thank you to you all x

I had the pleasure / privilege to speak to a gentleman called Dave today. All i can say is wow and wow again. To be honest i was so very unsure what to expect from the call. Dave gave me honest professional advice without judgement. Dave really made me feel at ease with his kind and caring attitude. My anxiety has reduced drastically since the call. The words credit where credit is due spring to mind but Dave honestly and truly deserves a million credits. If i could give Dave 20 stars i honestly and truly would. Because of Dave one day i would truly like to become part of charity because if this is the type of people you have on board it would be pleasure to be a part it. Every establishment needs a Dave. He is simply a super human been

I was having trouble with filling out the pip forms and then had to go through the tribunal process. I was recommended by someone on Facebook to have a look at PIP HELP CIC and from the very 1st call, I was listened to and had support right away that put my mind at rest. After speaking to David he recommended my case worker should be Linda. From the 1st call to the last Linda was fantastic and always there on the other end of the phone for a chat if I needed it. Well after a long process I was finally awarded what we both felt was right. Without their help I would have probably given up. I can not thank Linda enough for all her support. I would highly recommend this company 👌

This is the biggest thankyou and hug I could ever give to this organization. I was so scared to apply for pip as I was turned down the first time but so many people said to me that I would be approved. Looking through Facebook I found this wonderful site and I first spoke to David who was so kind and helpful. He made me realize that it was a no brainer if I didn't use their expertise.
David handed me over to the wonderful Annie who calmed my nerves and answered all my questions.
My application was sent to Pip on the 12th Dec 2024 and Miraculously I had my telephone assessment on the 22nd of January which was totally nerve wracking as it went on for about nearly 2 hours.
On the 17th of February I was informed by DWP that I was awarded the benefit.
Wow! I was so thrilled. Thanks to David and Annie for their kindness and help. Honestly don't even think twice about asking them to assist you. I am ever so grateful. Thankyou 💖

We reached out to PIPHELP.org after losing my Personal Independence Payments after a change of circumstances. As you can imagine myself and my partner were bereft after receiving the decision from the DWP. We had luckily already heard of PIPHELP.org and upon contacting them we were quickly contacted by a lovely gentleman called Dave, quickly and assertively reassured us relieving our inescapable sense of anxiety, and lessening our distress. Our next contact was from our assigned caseworker Sandra, again Sandra 100% reassured us, laying out the process that would follow and the different services they could assist us with. My partner and I chose for PIPHELP.org to represent us, rather than assist as we were both so exhausted from my illness that we didn’t have the strength to stay in the fight. Sandra arranged a meeting to discuss my case, again laying out exactly what was ahead of us, going over what we had already submitted to the DWP, what evidence I had and advised what rates I would possibly be awarded if successful. After a few emails back and forth gathering more evidence she shared with us a draft tribunal appeal submission, after agreeing to this we received this to sign and post to the tribunal. Yesterday we received a call from the DWP just to go over a couple of things, and today we received the great news that Sandra’s appeal submission had been successful, the DWP had reviewed the documents submitted by Sandra and had decided to award me what I’d lost and more, without going to tribunal! The whole process has been seamless, and completely stress free! I would not hesitate in recommending PIPHELP.org to anyone, and I will without doubt be using them again in 10 years when I have to renew. Thank you so much Sandra and Dave, you have no idea the difference you’ve made to our lives.

I was very worried about filling in pip forms, I contacted pip help I was matched with a lady called Annie who helped me through everything even sat in on my phone assessment she was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions, I know without Annie’s help I would not have been able to do it, I have been awarded now and I realise I should have done this in 2020 when my health really declined thanks again Annie I would recommend anyone who is struggling with applying to get in contact with pip help cic

David initially, and then Sandra were great. I went from being awarded only 4 points to 12 at appeal. I couldn't have done it without them. Commission seems high at first but when you think about it, without them I'd have been awarded nothing! And they put in so much hard work on my behalf they deserve every penny.
Thank you :)
