The staff that helped me gave me the convidence, to push forward and apply again after a bad experience a few years ago where I was made to feel rubbish by an assessor who then striped me of my pip just to gain herself some brownie points.
Annie was with me all the way, advising listening and making me feel confident again, and yes with her support and a good fair assessor I was rewarded my pip. Thank you Annie and your team, x

Absolutely 5 Stars, the care and support from Jeremy was outstanding.
Without his support I would not be able to make my life any easier.
I now can get extra Hydrotherapyand any other treatments to support me with my Fibromyalgia and Me/CFS.

I approached PIP Help CIC for support with submitting a Mandatory Reconsideration and am so pleased I did.

I initially spoke with Dave who was extremely helpful. What I particularly liked was that there was absolutely no pressure to commit to using their services. Dave was more than happy to just spend time talking and giving general advice about how the Mandatory Reconsideration process works and what to think about when competing the documentation. A real gentleman.

When it became clear this would be something I would not be able to do without personalised support, I was referred to Jeremy.

And, what can I say about Jeremy? I’m not sure I can do him justice.

Let’s be honest, the process is horribly humiliating but with Jeremy by my side it helped. It really did.

I don’t recognise myself as being the same person I was before my diagnosis. I respond to situations so differently as to how I would before. Jeremy helped me to remain focused on the outcome and by explaining things to me so clearly and patiently we got there and I felt brave enough to do it.

He listened to my ramblings, repetitive and disorganised speech without passing judgement and somehow managed to put together a case to support my application.

Jeremy kept in regular contact during the whole process and please, please, believe me when I say that no question was a stupid one. I had many and Jeremy always replied quickly to phone calls and and messages with good grace and humour. I’m going to miss him.

Please don’t face the daunting prospect of PIP alone. Yes, I know there is a fee but, for me, it has been worth every penny. I know I would not have done it without them. I wouldn’t have even tried. So, please trust them to support you too.

I had a free phone call with Dave where I explained my review and the information that I had. He explained the best way to proceed.
I felt very supported and reassured. It was helpful to know that I could contact them again and get help if my review was turned down.

I had to appeal my PIP decision and I've decided to get some help this time.

I contacted piphelpcic for advice as it was my 1st time making a new claim & i was completely overwhelmed and didn't know where to start.
My 1st contact was with dave who was so friendly, helpful and full of knowledge & advice.
I was then assigned a case worker Jeremy. I can not give enough gold stars for this gentleman. His knowledge, kindness, patience and support was amazing. He listened.... A lot. Talked me through every possible scenario. Always in contact with calls or texts, emails when I had days that I couldn't communicate properly and struggled with my disabilities, pain, anxiety and mental health. He helped decide what medical information I needed and what to send, helped draft, properly word and describe my disabities perfectly on the form and fill it out. I can't thank him enough for his support and making me smile, he even supported me before, during and after my telephone assessment.
I was delighted to receive enhanced award on both daily living and mobility.
Worth every penny and more. Please don't hesitate to ask them any questions as there honesty was very much appreciated.

I entrusted pip help .org for help with my claim because of multiple ongoing disabilities and long term health problems..
The initial chat with Dave , his understanding and knowledge made it an easy decision ,and the right place for getting help ..

Annelin then helped me all the way through.. her attention to detail, knowledge , kindness and understanding to my struggles with cognitive function and pain levels was just outstanding.!

Dave spent a while on the phone explaining about the scenario of an appeal, was very professional and exact but also very kind and reasurring. I am very happy to hartily recommend this service and won't hesitate to use it in the future.

What can i say, these people have helped me not only get my PIP , but also helped me with my appeal to get the better rate, even when i wasn't interested in fighting on. My helper Jeremy, helped me through it all and even when i was suffering with some depression, showed great kindness, patience and laughter when it was needed. I cannot praise this service enough. I would give them 6 stars if i could.

I am an intelligent, articulate, well educated individual with a world of corporate and professional experience even within the health sector BUT, despite that, I have struggled with the PIP system and to achieve the right award for over 10 years because the system is crooked and deliberately keeps so many of us from obtaining money that we are entitled to and that will enhance our lives and help us to exist in a world that is not always very disability friendly. I am so very grateful to PIP help CIC and to Julie who knew exactly how to prepare the form and all the evidence in a way that honed in on the descriptors and made sense of everything. I could honestly never have done what Julie did for me, not with all my experience or qualifications or intelligence… because it isn’t about that. It’s about the right kind of knowledge and applying it in the right way. The support I was given throughout the process which alone is anxiety provoking enough, was second to none. Yes, when you get your lump sum it’s a huge chunk to lose by signing up for this kind of help. BUT without Julie’s help I doubt I would have got the award at all and at least, once secured, I now have a larger sum monthly which I wouldn’t have had had I not had their help. So for me, I believe they are worth every penny and would highly recommend their help to anyone! To Linda, Julie and everyone else working for this amazing organisation, thank you for everything you do to help our voices continue to be heard in a way they can’t ignore! You are appreciated!

I turned to PIP Help at the appeal level of my claim after nearly giving up on it so many times, and I am so glad that I found them. I have now been awarded the points I was hoping for all thanks to Maddie's constant support.

I submitted my claim for severe depression and anxiety, and like so many others, was given 0s across the board and made to feel as though I did not deserve PIP. Due to this I very nearly gave up, taking a long time to finally submit for a reconsideration. When I eventually did, the result I received was still 0s across the board.

At this point, I turned to PIP Help as I could not face the prospect of taking my claim any further on my own, and from the very first phone call with them I felt as if I was able to finally take a breather.

Maddie has been a pillar of support from the second she took on my case. After submitting my appeal and keeping in constant contact during the long wait until a court date was assigned, Maddie then fully prepped me for the day itself and made sure there wasn't a single unknown about the process that could cause any extra stress.

On the morning of my tribunal Maddie kept everything positive and focused the whole time, right through until after the tribunal had ended. Thanks to all her prep work I was able to speak for myself in court and walk away feeling I'd been able to finally explain my situation fairly and without bias. That alone felt like a monumental win.

Even after my claim was awarded, Maddie continued working to organize everything I’ll need to prepare for my review when that day comes. 'Above and beyond' doesn't even come close.

I can't thank her and the team enough for helping getting me through that last leg of my claim, I know I couldn't have managed it without them.

Over the last few weeks I have spoken to david about my review.
David has been kind courteous and caring.
He has given me a clearer outlook on my review and im no longer stressing on filling it it.

After going through the process of applying for pip on my own and being denied, I discovered pip help.

I was put in contact with a wonderful lady called Carol and she has genuinely been my rock throughout the rest of the process.

First off Carol has been so kind, considerate and caring during the process, she picked up my case from the reconsideration stage.

So positive and professional Carol, went over my case in depth went over my medical history and current health status and she straight away though I had been wrongly denied, and stated what parts of my medical history had not been highlighted in my original application

After resubmitting my application Carol was sure I should receive a positive outcome she has been in contact regularly to keep me updated over the last 18 months

Shes always been available when ever I've needed and questions answering or to go over any correspondent I've had with the dwp.

Finally on my tribunal date which Carol attended remotely as did I, again she was so positive just reassuring me that this was my day to explain my position to clinical experts and not just some.box ticker at the dwp.

Carol even spoke on my behalf at the end of what was a very grueling and exhausting experience in court.

Carol was even upbeat about the whole day even though i felt more downtrodden that before and explained there's nothing more we could have done.

I can't speak for the other case handles but I'm so glad Carol was appointed to me, from the very start she layed out the step by step process she been absolutely brilliant with me from start to end and even though the timeline was stretched out more than we anticipated we got the positive outcome that we expected.

Really can't praise Carol enough for the help and support she has given me and will be forever thankful,

Phil was incredibly knowledgeable and he offered support via email, phone call and text even outside office hours. His expertise was invaluable in understanding how to fill the application form correctly. We totally recommend Phil and PIP HELP, they are a honest and trustworthy company.
