Pisario Management Company

I’ve been extremely impressed with the service provided by Pisoria. From the start, their team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise.
They have been incredibly knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process of managing my properties.
They provide excellent marketing materials including proffessional videos which really helps in securing tenants promptly and achieving excellent rents.

Their understanding of the local market and tenant demand has made a real difference to the performance of my portfolio.

Pisario also provided invaluable support with the HMO licensing process. They guided me through the whole process, from advising on the requirements to ensuring the property met all the necessary standards and submitting the relevant applications. What could have been a complicated process was made straightforward thanks to their expertise.

Holding Deposit Dispute

I paid a holding deposit for a property but later noticed a clause in the contract stating that the rent would automatically increase each year. When I asked the agency to clarify this point, they did not provide a clear explanation, and one staff member spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner during a phone call.
When I requested the return of my holding deposit, the agency initially refused, so I reported the matter to the Property Redress Scheme to seek a resolution. The issue was eventually resolved and my deposit was returned.
Given the positive reviews I had seen beforehand, this experience was quite surprising. I would strongly recommend that prospective tenants read the tenancy agreement carefully and consider having it reviewed (for example, using AI tools) before paying a holding deposit. The agency’s tenancy agreement is available on their website, so it is possible to review the terms in advance.

Prime locations

I had to find a new accomodations soon. Despite my efforts in finding the best property I did not manage to find one until I saw a coupe from Pisoria. Their properties are quite similar and have all bills included so I moved in to the one that was most suitable in terms of location.
