Great experience thanks to Nik

Nik was very professional, responsive, and helpful in my rental process. Moving from abroad is hard so it was great having someone help streamline the rental process for me. He was quick and diligent with moving things forward. Highly recommend and getting in touch with him!

I found one of their flats on SpareRoom…

I found one of their flats on SpareRoom and their agent Vivek helped me through the rental process. Everything went pretty smooth, but Pisoria could’ve been a bit more responsive regarding everything. Overall, a positive experience.

STAY AWAY FROM PISORIA

Like many of us I had an ok experiencing signing up. They were amazing when it came time to confirm me to sign. But like other people have mentioned once you sign you are on your own.

Pisoria has one of the worst customer service ethics I've ever come across.

As a company they are neglectful and they really don't care about anything but money.

My flatmate and I reached out to them via email since October and have been ignored to this day and we moved out last month (everything was broken before I moved in).
- They canceled the cleaner that barley came on every two weeks and continued to charge us. We only found out because my flatmate called the landlord and they said that this "Alex" person told them they would save money by cancelling but we were never notified when we confronted them about it that's when they started to ignore us. We were charged throught for a cleaner that never came. I put my notice in and they responded by continuing to ignore us but serving my flatmate with notice to leave the same time as me.
- I Would recommend that you only speak to these people via email to have what they say as proof in writing so that they don't lie on you.
- They will do whatever they want, scheduling "investigations" without giving you the reason but coming in whenever they please.
- When it came time for viewings that was even more ridiculous. They sent someone called Anthony who only gave us the legal 24 hours notice for one viewing. One time he confirmed a 6 o clock viewing and showed up at 7 with no notice at all. Again TERRIBLE customer service.

To this date they have not reached out to myself or my flatmate about the services in our MA that are contractually meant
To be there but they don't provide. Nothing about the money they owe us but will expect you to follow the rules.

I've put a full complaint through the property redress scheme everything mentioned here.

Decent agency

Decent agency with good properties and a good property management team. If there were any issues with the flat they usually resolved them in a timely manner.

However they tend to repeatedly visit the flat without giving the 24 hrs notice as per their rental agreement, even after I pointed this out to them. Also on one instance an external contractor made his way into my room after Pisoria assured me he would not enter my room so not great to have strangers coming into your room without your knowledge. My advice for future tenants is to be careful with what you leave in your room, especially sensitive documents and such because you never know who will end up visiting your room.

Their adverts are a bit misleading (I guess that applies to every agency in London anyway). For instance a property advertised as having two toilets when in fact there's only one (not a big deal but why mislead with such a silly thing).

Overall good agency, I would recommend renting through them, but left me a bit disappointed by the end of my tenancy.

First of all, I would like to apologize regarding the viewings at your property, we weren't visiting your room, but your flatmate's room. We sent an email 24 hours before visiting and as a goodwill gesture, we also send it to all the tenants. Future tenants shouldn't be worried about leaving sensitive documents as all our rooms have a key and door lock.

Regarding our adverts, please allow me to tell you that they are not misleading, in fact, you can check our website and you will see your property listed with one toilet. Regarding other platforms, sometimes mistakes happen, but we are making our best to resolve them in a timely manner. That being said, all of our tenants can check verified videos before going to the property for a final inspection.

Our aim is to provide the best service possible to all of our tenants.
