Piyama are absolutely amazing! Super fast despatch and arrival of your new best friends!! I cannot explain how much the comfort of my piyama’s contribute to my sleep. I have so many different styles so I can be comfy whatever the season/weather or menopause throws at me! 😉 My piyama’s often do double duty as day wear on those days where I am just need something comfy to spend the day doing nothing at home! Give them a whirl, you won’t regret it!!

All the garments I have purchased from Piyama have been of excellent quality. I wear them all the time. I love waking up on Sunday's in my Piyama and lounging till lunch time, drinking coffee in my garden. This is my go to shop for pj's and lounge wear.

I always look forward to receiving emails from Piyama and when I see a set on sale I don’t already have ; it is normally an offer to good to pass. My last pair are the olive shorts and short sleep top. They do not disappoint. Beautiful fabric , fit and feel. Got a set for my sister as well.

I have various of their garments in different styles and materials and so have loved each and every one ! I live in my piyamas they are so beautiful. This is my favourite Pj’s I have quite a few sets and nighties, I buy always a size up due to liking my Pjs loose so I would say true to size.
I always buy cotton as I love natural fiber clothing, I have also bought them as gifts as they are perfect for my special friends and mum.

I have bought my wedding getting ready pjs for myself, bridesmaids, mother of the bride and mother of the groom. They are all beautiful and comfortable and each design unique and suited to the person. I love that they have a quality reusable pj to continue to wear from my day.

I love all my PJs (multiple sets) from Piyama. I tend to choose the cotton PJs as I prefer natural fibres. I am a size 10 and always buy a size medium for comfort (they are loose but I like that fit). I do fit the size small too if you prefer a less loose look. The children’s jamas are gorgeous and I buy them for my granddaughters. I live in NZ and they have always arrived quickly. The quality and prints are wonderful and timeless.

My daughter was in a destination wedding bridal party and the bride purchased matching pajamas for all the bridesmaids for the night before the wedding. However, the bride ordered the wrong size for my daughter which made my daughter very sad and embarrased that the pajamas were going to be too small. I reached out to Piyama Customer Service 5 days before the wedding to explain the problem. Lily immediately responded to me and went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter would receive the correct size pajamas in time for the night before the wedding. Lilly was truly amazing, showed genuine empathy for my daughter's situation and saved the day. I will definitely recommend Piyama.com.

I bought a few pieces that were all the wrong size. I did an exchange with them and had some adjustments along the way and Lily the customer service rep was so kind and attentive. She changed my exchange order and helped make this process seamless and easy. I would highly recommend Piyama!

I ordered the Sophie Sleep set in midnight blue. I’m in the US and had no trouble with shipping. I love these pajamas. Lightweight, comfortable, and so flattering. As a large chested woman, I really appreciate that you can wear these without a bra and no one can tell. I am looking forward to getting more in the future.

I bought my bridal jammies from Piyama and they are absolutely perfect! They are my second set after receiving another pair as a bridesmaid and they are a go-to for Christmas gifts as well.

Love love love my pj set! It was my first purchase from Piyama and I bought final sale so I was nervous about the fit and quality, but both turned out to be great! I feel so girly and cute going to sleep :)

The cutest set! Comfy cute and easy to breastfeed in! Even got sent the wrong size and customer service fixed it asap!

Horrible customer service- resulting to weak intimidation and invalid threats.
Low quality products not worth the price tag.

I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Piyama.com.au, especially if you value fair customer service and transparent refund policies.

I’ve now spent nearly $375 on their website and have been issued not one, but two store credits instead of a refund — despite returning items in perfect, unworn condition and paying for the original order via Mastercard, not a gift voucher. Their refusal to refund to my original payment method is not only deeply frustrating, it’s inconsistent with Australian Consumer Law, which clearly states customers are entitled to a refund in such cases.

What’s worse is that I did not request a store credit. It was automatically issued — with no option to choose a refund — and now I’m left with a gift voucher I do not want, for items that did not fit or meet expectations. I’ve reached out politely and clearly to resolve this and have been met with nothing but scripted responses and a refusal to acknowledge the situation reasonably.

Their "refund policy" is misleading, overly reliant on a rigid third-party app, and lacks basic flexibility or human decency. This is not what good customer service looks like — especially from a brand that presents itself as premium and customer-focused.

If you’re thinking about shopping with Piyama, make absolutely sure the item is perfect, because once your money’s in their hands, getting it back is near impossible.
