The service received was good, however it took until the third operative to solve our problem, her expertise and application of her knowledge was impressive

No service, no resolution
Old sim cancelled on renewal and new sim requested for better network coverage with phone. Phone came but no sim. Esim sent but new phone faulty and can't read it. Hours and days spent talking to bots, customer service (by borrowing phones from other people although lovely ended up looping the same process that didn't resolve it) Requested refund. No response. Requested contact be cancelled as within the 14 days cooling no response. Still without a working phone no sign on getting on the network in sight nor response to trading acts request.
I am currently taking my maternity and have a newborn at home and this is the only line I have therefore leaving us completely isolated and uncontactable. This has meant dragging a newborn out to try and visit agencies as can't contact them and missing important health appointments. It's not only inconvenient but dangerous. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years.

I feel very disappointed with the support I have been given when trying to switch to another provider. My 36 month contract has come to an end and it has been extremely difficult trying to obtain a PAC code which I requested via text message as advised on Tuesday. When I have had to do this before with other providers it was instant. I have also emailed in several questions which have not been answered, just an AI response which didn’t answer the question. I have requested a speak to someone with no success. I feel this is very poor given I have been a customer for 36months!
