I'm not sure what buying experience I am expected to review but customer service wise, I'm not impressed with as the issue I addressed was not solved and has not been for several years, when setting up an online account so you can see what is going off, bills, renewal dates etc. that is what you expect but to be told time and time again you do not have access to these things is unacceptable and pointless.

My Real Experience
I’ve had a very bad experience with this company. It’s not just me—any genuine customer who has dealt with them is unhappy. Some of my friends have also signed contracts with them, and they all same situation like me.
Their company works under another company called PCG. There is a person named Sam who works there. He lures you in with cheap rates. Once you sign the contract, they increase the prices and then start saying things like your data was used, or this charge happened, or that charge was applied.
They first gave me a contract for £14 per month. I still have the chats as proof. Then they increased it from £14 to £43 per month. I contacted Sam at PCG and asked what was going on. He said that Plan. com had overcharged me and that he would refund it.
After that, they kept issuing refunds for about three months, but they never actually brought the bill back down properly. Instead of £14, I was still being charged around £30 per month, and some of that money was refunded later by PCG.
Then one time I went to outside UK, and I didn’t even make any calls—only received two one-minute calls. Still, they charged me an invoice of £151. They claimed I had been making calls and sending messages, which is completely false. I tried a lot to resolve it, but nothing worked.
Because of all this, I would not recommend this company to anyone. If anyone wants proof, they can contact me via email—I am ready to provide everything.
Another issue I had was with my eSIM. My eSIM was deleted by mistake, and my number was down for five days. On the sixth day, they finally gave me a new eSIM, but they kept saying there was a system issue and that they couldn’t provide it earlier.
Overall, this is a very bad company. I can’t even give them one star. From my side, they are basically zero out of five stars.

Absolutely terrible customer services.
Absolutely terrible customer services. Nice enough people but don't have a clue. Also, beware - salesperson tricked me into second contract with promises that weren't delivered and I ended up much worse off with no get out clause. I will gladly go to court with their recording of the sale to get out of the miss sold contract. They cut me off for disputing the bill after much effort and time spent trying to resolve. Once reconnected they didn't follow up for 5 months. Still not resolved and I will not be paying anything.
