Having approached BT and Plusnet about setting up a phoneline to no avail with limited help I approached Planet Numbers. Wow what a difference Jonny was helpful and explained very clearly about Voip telephone lines - I signed up and within 4 hours my line was up and running. Amazing would thoroughly recommend. You are not just a number, the service is personal 100% customer service. Well done and thank you.

Used for a year. Did a great job setting phone line up initially and never had any problems with it. After a year we cancelled, nothing to do with them, we were just too busy to take calls. Was hassle free and all went fine.

Cheap calls to Ireland do not work with NOWTV
I used a number from the Planet Numbers website believing it would allow me to call my Mum in Ireland for 2p a minute plus my service provider's (NOWTV) access charge which I believed to be 25p. NOWTV later charged me more than £15 for that 90 minute call. I took the matter up with both companies. NOWTV have yet to respond. Planet Numbers responded quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately their number does not work with my provider. I do feel this should be more explicit on their website. However, I was impressed by their level of customer service. They were detailed with their explanation and also offered me £5 international calling credit as a goodwill gesture.

Vodafone charged me 70 pence a minute…
Vodafone charged me 70 pence a minute to call Ireland through Planet Numbers,the call cost me £28,if I had dialled direct from my mobile,it would have been around £6.

Excellent service. Used for calls to Canada from the UK and rates in use match their advertised rates. Easy to top up. Does drop the call after 90 minutes every time, but you can connect back immediately if required so not really an issue. Recommended!
