With the release of HybridCloud N0C, PlanetHoster has decided to discontinue the discount we were offering to our clients using cPanel.
We attempted to negotiate the costs directly with cPanel, but unfortunately, we were unsuccessful.
At June 10th an email titled "End of Discounts on cPanel Licenses" has been sent to our customer.

cPanel, a third-party company, was sold in 2018 to a venture capital firm. This led to significant increases in licensing rates and changes in the business model. In addition, our customers observed a decline in feature quality.
For these reasons, PlanetHoster invested in a new system architecture and platform as a service (PaaS) called N0C®, and took the temporary decision to absorb up to 80% of the regular cost of a cPanel license for the dedicated HybridCloud cPanel environment.
N0C® has been designed to meet the unique needs of web professionals (webmasters, SEOs, designers, etc.). It offers significant time-saving benefits, is natively coupled with a high-performance caching system optimized for time-to-first-byte (TTFB), and is eco-responsible and secure. Reliable and performant web hosting service
Been with PlanetHoster for a few years now and love their reliability and support as well as their fast Litespeed shared servers. With the proper Litespeed setup (2GB RAM, 2vCPU, 5MB disk speed) I get my WordPress websites to be super responsive and also get scores close to 100 in the Pagespeed Insights tests with the Litespeed Cache Advanced Presets.

Friendly, fast and efficient technical support
My PlanetHoster account was protected by double identification with Google Authentificator. However, I changed my iPhone in January 2024, so I could no longer obtain my identification key. PlanetHoster technical support told me what to do, and asked me to send the necessary proof of identity. After verification, the Google Authentificator protection was removed, so I was able to log in again with my usual credentials. At my request, the supporting documents were destroyed, to prevent any damage to my personal data and privacy. Faced with a very embarrassing situation, technical support made my experience very positive. I recommend PlanetHoster without reservation!
