The shipper they used, SEUR, was unreliable. Said they tried to deliver my plants but my location was closed…I live in an apartment open 24/7 365 and was home all day when they said they tried to deliver it. Furthermore, SEUR had previously sent me an email stating they would email me the day of delivery with a timeframe of delivery and that never was sent to me. My plants arrived after 8 days in transit (France to Spain). They were packed in plastic peanuts which are not environmentally friendly.

Only online supplier I could find supplying the plant I wanted. Ordered four and all arrived well packaged and strong and healthy- in a far better condition than other plants I’ve had from online suppliers

The problem is you transport services SEUR I found my plants in not good condition

They corrected a problem fast and very proactively and politely!

Three good plants nine terrible plants. You wouldn’t buy them if you saw them in a garden center Why do I still order from this firm Because they have a good selection I complained and they refunded three plants but I’m still left with six sick plants and an insulting explanation that it is “ normal “for plants to look like this. They must think I’m stupid and clearly I am to order from them again. My first review was right save yourself the trouble and just throw your money in the bin

There was a small error with my last order which was rectified immediately. Planfor will always be my first choice for those extra special plants I can't get at my local garden centre. A very professional company with high standards for quality.

One plant was missing when I received my order and Planfor quickly responded when I emailed customer service and they credited my account as well as sending me the missing plant.

Reliable and fast shipping. The plats are a little root bound, but this is perhaps better as they survive shipping without spilling soil.

Beautifully and carefully packed the plants arrived in perfect condition. Unfortunately 2 plants had some pruning problems, but effective customer service took it serious and sent a replacement. We feel in very good hands!

Every plant i have purchased from this company has been strong and started growing from the first day. Too early to tell this with my latest purchase of blueberry bushes but they look healthy specimen. The company seem to have a very healthy relationship with the courier company which deliver very rapidly for them.
