I reached out to Jennifer with customer support when I was concerned about not receiving the gift for Christmas. She quickly followed up and responded to assure me the order would be delivered on time. She followed up several times and always very prompt! Great support!!

At first concerned with the time for delivery (during the busy holiday season), the terrarium I purchased for my daughter was delivered in perfect condition and is beautiful. The customer service I received overall was extraordinary.

Buyer beware! This is not a trustworthy business. I placed an order Dec 4th. I was told it shipped Dec 9th. It still hasn't shipped as of Dec 19th. Customer service can't be trusted. They have lied continuously regarding shipment. They claim that it has shipped and that I will receive very soon and yet cannot produce tracking. This company is a sham and completely untrustworthy. Stay away!

A total scam. Five months and a dozen emails later, including cancellation requests when I realised my tracked order never moved out of fulfillment, they finally sent a glass full of mud, moldy moss, and dead plants only after siccing my CC on them for fraud.

I received my original product and was very disappointed. The product was far from what I ordered. The Company advised me that they would send me another product…Still waiting!!!

I actually find myself dusting around my Tree of Wisdom religiously... it definitely deserves better than my usual neglect.

Terrarium was easy to set up and my wife is really enjoying her birthday gift. The only problem now is deciding on where best to put it so that everyone can enjoy looking at it.

This a really interesting artistic piece. I received it in the mail quickly. Everything was packaged to protect it and the vase it is in is really high quality. The light and stand are high quality as well. I bought this to keep in my office in a high stress environment and it already has a nice calming effect for me. Artistically designed and packaged very well. Thank you, I’m suspicious I will be buying another one before too long… thank you so much!

What a great experience. Beautiful product- showed up fast - and Jennifer (in customer service) even checked in to make sure all was good and that I was happy. Truly top notch across the board! Highly recommend them!!

I bought the first terrarium -the Zen Garden after watching a Insta ad during the summer. Was not sure what I was getting into but my experience has been great, so I ended buying another one now for my work table . The wisdom tree. I love these.

I really appreciated the great customer service I received when placing my order, during shipment, and then after it arrived. This is my second order and I would recommend ordering!

The order took a bit longer than expected, but the weather for shipping has been a bit crazy. I got an immediate response when I questioned delivery timing. Make sure to allow a few weeks so the plants will arrive in great shape. Be careful online as other lesser companies have snuck their ads in between Plantpico.

They help me with my order and made it right.

The terrarium I ordered arrived in a timely manner and packaged well. I could not be more pleased with it. It is a beautiful terrarium and I am so pleased I'm getting ready to order another one that has a water feature

I ordered the Tree of Wisdom for my husband's birthday. The package arrived yesterday in perfect condition! My husband is thrilled with his present! Plantpico emailed the next day to make sure we received the terrarium and that we were happy with it. Plantpico and Jennifer went the extra mile with customer service! I would highly recommend them!

The whole thing died within 6months. Customer support did not resolve my issue.
