I have never been so disappointed in a company.
Reading the reviews i now know i am not alone.
I had to cancel as delivery was taking longer.Not a problem they said.Showed me proof when they refunded me said should be 5-10days.
Nearly 3 weeks later still no refund.
Asked them to help find out why no refund no customer service whats so ever,
I have now got my bank involved and they have refunded me while investigating where the money is.
POOR POOR customer service.

What a joke I waited 3 weeks for a simple delivery that said 3-5 working days delivery, they were unable to give a delivery day as there were issues with there supplier "apparently" then agreed a refund and chased and chased in the end had to claim the money back through PayPal
Don't waste your time with them use their competitors they actually deliver in 3 days!!!
Can't be trusted
The same as so many other reviews on here, over a month and no delivery. First it was blamed on a "computer glitch", then my delivery date came and went with no contact. Then they couldn't give me a delivery date at all. None of it is ever their fault of course and apparently they 'strive to provide good customer service'. Good customer service would.be telling people beforehand that their delivery date won't be met. Good customer service would be to prioritise orders that have already been let down more than once. Good customer service would not be implying you have stock of materials when you're clearly just a reseller. And finally, good customer service would be ensuring that a refund is issued in a timely manner, not telling people it'll take 10 working days and still have them waiting after that.
Add to this the fake reviews that Trustpilot have discovered and anyone who uses this company needs their head examining.

Sorry not good enough you should be offering alternative methods of refund if you were genuine. Stripe is obviously not the right way to go. Just causing more distress and frustration.
Plus your telephone still not working....do not believe this ..you could use a mobile?????... you obviously do not want to talk to disgruntled clients.

Same story as others placed order, failed to deliver, requested refund never received, nearly 15 working days later still chasing, sent image claiming stripe refund issued but not sure if this is genuine. They should not be trading, already reported to credit card company for suspected fraud and will report to trading standards, you have been warned!

Scam company?! Paid and waited weeks for an item. Stalled and stalled and was apologetic with delays. After 3/4 weeks I requested a refund that STILL hasn’t arrived. Communication all good but no delivery of goods or a refund. Contacting bank today/ and contacting trading standards to issue a complaint.

They seem to be having issues with there supplier. Had to chase to get a update on delivery date after waiting for a while and told it would be a few weeks. Ordered with a different supplier and have been requesting a refund that they offered but have stopped replying to emails. Can I please be refunded ASAP.

Terrible service
Failed to tell at order there was a delay. Once informed order didn’t arrive on delivery date. Told it was on the van, failed to be delivered then told it wasn’t in the van and there was a further two week wait. Money return still not sorted after 2 weeks. Terrible service

Dear Mr M , we ordered soffits from you - we are having to chase delivery - order placed two weeks ago - can't contact you by telephone as apparently your phone system has been out of order - since the morning of 22nd April it is now the 5th May–2 weeks - Can't somebody buy a cheap mobile and use it to take calls from customers because It's starting to look very unprofessional ! - the temp phone number could be put on the telephone message and also on the website as a temporary number until things are fixed or don't you want to speak to your customers ? AVOID !!
AVOID !!! ordered facia boards and guttering over 3 weeks ago, constantly chased for delivery, fobbed off etc, in the end they just refunded me as unable to deliver my items - so buy from them at your own peril.
No compensation, and I need to wait 10 days for the refund.
It is now 13 working days and still no refund and no reply to my request for when it will be received.
Total scammers.

I ordered plastic cladding from PlasticsHub dealing through their manager Lauren Hughes paying via BACS (NatWest) on1 April 2025 into their bank account.They were unable to meet the promised delivery date despite my having arranged labour on site to suit. When seeking the refund promised they then asked me to advise the order number and order details which they claimed not available, which I did by return. Subsequent to this, their telephone link was advised temporarily out of action to me and I contacted them by e- mail being asked to resubmit my bank details was indicated unable to deliver albeit with google trying to connect for 45hours. I am still awaiting resolution. A.E.N.
Post script correction dated 6 May 2025:
On checking Google e- mail delivery address there was an omission of one letter which accounts for the non delivery. However, their telephone number : 0121 716 2588 is still today unavailable . I am still awaiting resolution. A.E.N.

incompetent or scam
I ordered soffit boards with a delivery date on 3 to 5 days after 7 days I contacted them and after a total of 9 days they gave me a delivery date of a further to weeks. so I cancelled the order and was told it could take up to ten days. after two weeks and no refund I contacted them again and at first they said they would have to pass it to the accounts department then two days after that they said they had already refunded me which they had not. then they said they would have check with accounts again. At this point I got my bank involved. they have since tried to charge my account again despite my not having issued a refund for over a month. I don't know if it some sort of scam or they are really incompetent I would not use this company.

Delays and fake 5star reviews
Just trying to help people not get messed around like I have been, order was placed weeks ago and was told after the disappointingly delayed original delivery date passed that it would be another week at least. I asked for a full refund which is currently processing - let's see how long that takes.
As an interesting point, and I had wished I'd noticed it sooner, check out all their Google reviews, lots of 1 star similar reviews to my own, but also lots of gleaming 5 star reviews, and most look fake, how can I say that, a couple of reasons most of them are from contributors with only 1 review (seems odd that) but the other reason is what they are reviewing, comments like I bought a bathroom mirror from them, and bathroom accessories and they were all great - many reviews list bathroom accessories specifically, the company sells plastics, not towel rails or soap dishes etc. They seem ro be ai generated via some keywords. That's some shady business practice right there.
Actually see what people are reviewing and you'll see this company's track record.

I’ve read the reviews on this company before I purchased. And I honestly don’t see why they are getting such bad reviews all in one go. I decided to make a purchase of fascia and soffit as they was the cheapest around. And everything went smoothly, yes there was a delay in delivery but it stated that on checkout anyway. And I was emailed every step of the way. Even on the day of delivery the driver called me 30 minutes before hand. I had such a pleasant experience with them. I honestly believe the negative reviews are all bogus!
