Very poor communication and delivery…

Very poor communication and delivery service. I've used this company before and had no issues but they have badly let me down this time. Checking reviews since, it seems a lot of customers are having similar issues. Also seems they are having constant issues with phones, website, drivers, suppliers etc - you can only use those excuses for so long....
I will avoid this company from now on

Don't go anywhere near this company if…

Don't go anywhere near this company if you want your order delivered within a reasonable timescale. I've waited over 2 weeks for my delivery ( 3-5 working days ) still waiting, no update so I have cancelled my order and I am waiting on a refund. Shocking service and I certainly wouldn't recommend them. Wish I'd read the reviews before I placed my order.

Very disappointed

Ordered gutter parts and fascia 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received my order despite multiple promises. Very disappointed as this caused significant delay to my project. I would not recommend this company.

Absolutely the worst company I've ever…

Absolutely the worst company I've ever used. You can never get through and get a answer machine message. Ordered 3 weeks ago and still not arrived. Was told delivery would be yesterday (Thursday 17th) but item never showed up. When your getting more the 25% 1 star reviews maybe you should think how you run your business or just close it all together. Going to be getting a refund. Would not use again

Unable to recommend

Unfortunately I was charged twice for some guttering. The guttering has still not arrived 3 weeks after ordering and we had to cancel the order. Company were responsive enough but not fast. Refunds were promised but didn’t arrive, and I eventually had to use my bank’s chargeback facility to get my money back.

Disappointing

Disappointing, took order and payment then informed me that collection was unavailable and delivery would be for 2 weeks.
Complete waste of time and have to wait god knows how long for money back

I placed an order with this company at all costs…

I placed an order with this company almost a month ago still trying to get in contact with them but no luck so if I have not had some form of communication soon will be going through the legal route it has cost me a ridiculous amount of money while waiting for the delivery would avoid this company

Placed a relatively simple order for…

Placed a relatively simple order for guttering parts and asked for delivery to be kept in 3 to 5 working day. They said they will aim for an earlier delivery and still awaiting for delivery after placing the order 7 days ago. I now need to extend my scaffolding arrangements and re-arrange my fitters which is costing me money.
Had they notified me earlier of this day I could have made alternative arrangements.
Would not recommend them because of the poor delivery performance. Yet to see their quality of product either.

Pleasantly surprised

Delivery on time, great product, excellent price. Only downside was the lack of being able to get through to someone to confirm delivery dates. Always advised to send an email to their sales department, which after numerous efforts to get through on the phone, I did as advised and sent email. The response was within 1-2 hours, and received a phone call to advise that my delivery would be the next day about 9am, it actually turned up at 8.15am with everything I ordered intact and enclosed. After having read the reviews was dubious, but have to say was very very pleased to report that these reviews were unfounded, When speaking to the man on the phone, and pointing out about the lack of phone contact, he apologised but pointed out that they are extremely busy, which i can fully understand considering the cheap price of their products, and that they only have one phone line at this present time, which they are reviewing, and that at this present time, contact by email is probably easier, and enables them to get back to the individual quicker. Overall very pleased with the service, would recommend products and the company. Thank you plastics hub

I would highly recommend NOT purchasing…

I would highly recommend NOT purchasing from this company. They have completely failed in terms of reliability and professionalism. I had an autoscheduled delivery three times, and each time there were issues. The final straw was when they scheduled a delivery for 8 to 11 am, for a property I had rented. I drove 150 miles to receive the delivery, only to get an email just 15 minutes before the due time rescheduling it to next week. Not only did I waste an entire day of my time, but I also lost money and my travel expenses. The customer service was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional, with no effort to resolve the issue or compensate for my inconvenience. This is a completely unacceptable experience, and I would strongly advise against doing business with them.

If a driver calls in sick sadly we then try to get agency in, if there is no availability then we have to email customers updating. Prior to emailing we do try as many alternatives as possible to get the delivery out to resolve this issue and try our best.

Poor customer service

WOW, customer service at an all time low.

Placed a very simple order, and when it was delivered found two integral items were missing. Emailed the company after trying to call them, they never answer the phone so you don't have a chance to discuss issues with them.

Received the missing items only to find out that they have sent the wrong items, so, again, had to email them as they don't answer their phones. Been advised then item will be with us in 3 days.

So, now on day 3, no item, and when given the courier reference code, low and behold, its not yet been shipped.

Received an email from PlasticsHub telling me not to be rude when all I asked for was information.

Just about the worst customer service I have ever received, use this company at your peril.

Competitive Pricing & Speedy Delivery

I was unsure about using this company given the mixed reviews and that Trust Pilot had allegedly flagged/removed some fake reviews... I have to say that I'm glad I stuck with my gut and used them. At 8.30pm last night, I ordered 4 x 5m lengths of UPVC hollow soffit boards (plus pins req'd for installation) - the price quoted was frankly much better than any competitors online and so I decided to take the 'risk' ... suffice it to say that I was extremely surprised - not to mention, delighted - when the order was delivered this morning at 10.30am. I would highly recommend this company and definitely use them again!
