Order from 25/12/24 never been…

Order from 25/12/24 never been delivered. Tried to cancel and get refund- impossible, although they every time promised to give my money back. Time wasters!

Now I have a Fake replay! Of course they want yo safe their reputation. I have cancelled the order on 6/12/24, and until now I don’t receive the refund.
I can recommend to anyone to avoid this company!

Thank you for your false review you ordered on Christmas Day and emailed 27th Dec saying we should have delivered by now despite multiple messages advising deliveries to recommence 2nd Jan. Because we couldn’t deliver within 2 days (during the festive period) you sent aggressive emails implying we were at fault, sadly not the case, and requested cancellation. If an order is cancelled by the customer it won’t be delivered, so please avoid reviewing on “not delivered” as you emailed saying you “wouldn’t accept it anyway”.

The refund was issued 2nd Jan and today you requested proof which was sent immediately out of hours. It was a shame that despite us communicating to every email sent you still threatened us with a bad review! Please during Christmas period you manage your expectations and reference delivery times prior to ordering, not just with us but any company.

It is a shame that email correspondence cannot be uploaded as it would validate the response to the false review.

Update- how can cancel before order placed? Not false reply as we make the effort even today to reply out of hours! Also you talk about delivery but you have owned up to cancelling. Again, proof has been given.

Keep the delivery driver there while you check everything..

My single piece of advice if you really must buy from PlasticsHub is to make the driver sit and wait while you check every single item off your order, including opening the packaging to ensure they have shipped exactly the items you ordered. If you have been sent the wrong item you only have 2 or 3 days to alert them otherwise you get an unnecessarily blunt and rude response from their sales team even though they have made the error...

Apologies for this, this was delivered in December and we were only notified this 14th Jan. Both ourselves and suppliers who delivered have the policy of 2 - 3 working days to advise of any damages, issues or discrepancies. Further to this, a manager also called to see if we can suggest any alternatives (soffit vents) or exchanges in branch to which was refused.

Ordered a sample from this company as I…

Ordered a sample from this company as I found their prices were slightly cheaper than most. When the sample arrived I found it excellent quality so ordered one panel to use as a feature in my downstairs toilet. Commutation was excellent and the delivery driver was very respectful and followed instructions to leave in our safe place. I was nervous about the panel being damaged as we’ve had panelling before but pleasantly surprised when opening it, it was packaged well and in one piece. It was easy to cut and install and we did this ourselves. It looks amazing! I’ve not found this particular design anywhere else and I’m really happy with the outcome. I would use them again for future products.

Fantastic delivery time frame, Excellent value for money.

I ordered 9 lengths of Hollow Soffit Board plus 3 lengths of J trim end cap on Wednesday morning and to my total surprise it turned up just over 24 hours later, fantastic.
I had looked around at various companies online for the items listed and found Plastic Hubs to be the most competitive with good reviews.
I can recommend this company to anyone wishing to buy anything similar to myself.
They also email you back very swiftly if you having any queries.

Carefully check your delivery

I was short delivered 6 lengths of gutter, luckily the driver unloaded in view of the CCTV so I had photographic proof of what was delivered. Almost a week after they admitted the shortfall I'm still waiting for the 6 lengths of gutter. I've asked to speak to the manager but was told no as they are very busy. Everyone makes mistakes that's human, how you rectify those mistakes is customer service. You plastic hub have terrible customer service

Thank you for your review, firstly we have spoken to you on the phone for which we advised you will get the gutters today and more importantly apologise for the delay, we are sorry that it came a day or two later than expected but at no point did we refuse to assist or help get sorted.

Also to clarify the reason for asking for photos is because we could not see what was delivered hence the reason, at no point we didn’t say we don’t believe and even this was communicated out of hours on Sunday (9pm). We didn’t ask for CCTV, you sent on your back.

The service was exceptional when…

The service was exceptional when plastics hub reached out to leave a review i was more than happy to!

To explain i had few issues with products so i called them and they assisted and saved me money on my order after explaining on trims! The price was great and order placed. I had the local GAP depot turn up next day completing the delivery which was spot on with no issues. The plastics hub were super helpful and GAP spot on working with them

Very poor customer service

I am writing in response to the company stating my last review was false.
My order was not delivered and i am still waiting please advise why.
I have still not received a refund you may have processed it however it is not in my bank and looking at some of the other reviews there is clearly a problem with your refunding process.
Instead of blaming customers for your poor customer service please take the bad reviews on board and use them to improve.
I say again my review was not false and look forward to your reply,

We have seen your email and apologise for the delivery not being done today, as you mention GAP (company delivering) have said will be out Friday, we have raised an internal investigation as to why the missing stock wasn't at the depot ready to send out.

In regards to refund, we have raised a ticket and they have come back with the same ARN number and response as what we have previously advised.

We have used Plastics Hub for the first time and we were pleasantly happy with the products, quality and service we received. The customer support lady we spoke to was super helpful and despite missing an item off they were easily able to add and get sorted on the same delivery.

Really poor service

Really poor service. One of the items sent in the order had the incorrect size. The right size was ordered but the wrong one was sent. unfortunately, it was cut before the incorrect size was realized. When I got in touch with them, they refused to replace it on the basis that I hadn't checked the order and that the item had been cut already. Not even an apology for sending the wrong item. Total arrogance and no willingness to help. Go with a more reputable company.

UPDATE: Just goes to show their business ethic in the response to the review. Rather than address the issue they’ve chosen to resort to lies in response. No evidence of incorrect size was requested. Would have happily provided. No mention of ‘stock check’ on email exchange with me nor of any photo evidence of delivery. As if each item is measured upon delivery with a photo!! They just a point blank refused to resolve the situation in anyway. Pathetic!

UPDATE 2: I'd be interested in seeing that email evidence where you requested proof. More lies. I have the proof if you want it but you didn't ask for it. And you are refusing to replace anyway so it's pretty irrelevant anyway.

We have checked your emails and delivery, you had this delivered over a week ago, it is your responsibility to check the items received, you have sent no proof that it was the wrong size, as we have checked stock levels and all seems correct including from the delivery photo.

As this came direct from manufacturer, there policy plus ours is to check any damages, issues or missing items and to report within 3 working days.

UPDATE - as mentioned we have emails requesting proof, we are sorry but not going forward and backward on this matter, we have done our internal investigation with the depot, stock levels checked and correct, furthermore you didn't provide evidence of the wrong board delivered? We are sorry that we can't replace on this occasion, both our and GAP (manufacturers/delivery depot) advise that if the item is wrong do not use or cut please and advise within 2 - 3 working days .

Great service

In brief. Ordered guttering and fascia capping on a Wednesday evening. First delivery came Friday morning and the rest Monday morning. Great products, fast delivery and friendly helpful driver. Then I had a problem my end. The fascia boards I was going to cap over turned out to be more rotten than I thought. Contacted Plastic Hub (on a Saturday and they responded same day) they offered a full refund on the capping. New full fascia boards ordered, they arrived on Monday and capping picked up. Full refund for the capping issued today (Friday). Great products, excellent service and communication. Will use them again and based on my experience highly recommend them.

Fancier board

Great product, priced correctly, material easy to work with, and great customer experience over the phone.

Poor customer service on returned…

Poor customer service on returned products, Plastic Hub do not answer the phones. Every e-mail received from Plastic Hub states that a refunded has been completed though monies have not been refunded, very frustrating company to deal with.

Excellent help and service.

I am a first time buyer from Plastics Hub. The service I received from the Branch Manager was truly excellent. She was very polite, helpful and efficient. Due to urgencies on my Project, she made significant efforts to locate and arrange for the delivery of my Order for the very next day. My Order arrived exactly as promised the next day. I cannot fault the service that I received in any way whatsoever. It was first class ! I was also kept informed at each stage of the process.

Bathroom panels advertise as white high…

Bathroom panels advertise as white high gloss, they are infact a lavender/ light grey. Absolutely no match to the white shower tray.
Panels arrived damaged had to wait over a week for replacements.
Ordered 10mm edging trim and corner profiles, They sent 8mm edging trim an corner profiles. Had to wait for replacements to be delivered.
The panels are not white in any form.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
They refuse to answer emails concerning a refund and return.

This company do not care if they waste your time

Ordered a piece of fascia that took over 3 weeks to arrive. When I chased it I was told it would be delivered on the Wednesday. Went out of my way to pick it up only to find out it hadn’t been delivered. Fair enough, sent an email to complain about the wasted trip, was told don’t worry it will be with you next Friday.

Low and behold it gets to Friday, I email plastic hub and they tell me that it’s ready to be picked up. I go all the way down there only to be told it’s not been delivered and I completely wasted my time for a second time. When I emailed my complaint through I asked about any kind of compensation for wasting my time twice. Recieved a very blunt email saying PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT OFFER COMPENSATION.

Today I went to pick up the fascia, on the way home someone from plastic hub rung me up and asked me if is still wanted the fascia (despite emailing the day before saying I was going to to pick it up) I explained the situation and the person on the end of the phone didn’t even offer an apology.

All in all this company doesn’t care about wasting your time, and offers no compensation despite making you travel out of your way for no reason. I would avoid this company at all costs.
