FIRST TIME BUYER WITH PLASTICS HUB AND HAVE NO ISSUES WHAT SO EVER. SALES ASSISTED WITH QUESTIONS THAT I HAD BEFORE ORDERING. GOODS WERE DELIVERED ON TIME QUALITY OF THE GUTTERING AND FACIA BOARDS ARE 100%.
TWO ELEVATIONS OF THE HOUSE COMPLETED AND FOUND THE MATERIAL REALLY EASY TO WORK WITH. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN FOR FUTURE PROJECTS.

I’d never dealt with Plastics Hub before, but my experience with the company last week was so good that I’ve already put in another order.
The prices quoted were as good, if not better, as any others I discovered online and, even better, the initial fascia boards I bought were delivered before the quoted date.
Quality-wise, too, I’ve nothing but praise for PH’s products. I just wish I’d heard of ‘em earlier…

Have used Plastics Hub twice in the last month for cladding & soffits to refurbish double garage . I found they had very competitive pricing and each time delivery was very prompt ( by local firm in the North West ) , five stars fully merited.

We were half and half about ordering due to the reviews, so placed a small order to see what the company was like. Kept upto date on delivery, arrived very fast and delivery man was lovely. Will now b placing a larger order as we were satisfied with the service we received

Delivery policy states 3-5 working days. After 6 working days, with no delivery, I emailed them to find out where the product was. At this point I was told it won't be arriving until fully two weeks (10 working days) after I placed the order. Meanwhile I have a builder on-site waiting to finish a project. If the delivery is going to be significantly delayed they should let the customer know, not wait for the customer to contact them. It's not good enough.

Ordered on a Thursday afternoon, delivered to 20 miles west of Aberdeen the following Monday morning.
Communication from seller and the Fascia Board prices were first class.
I would highly recommend this Company.

Easy web site to use. Prices are very good. But best of all the speed of the delivery was outstanding. I placed my order on a Friday and received the complete order on the following Tuesday. I had a massive order of shower panels which was for a. Project but I forgot to add the trims, they very quickly arranged to get delivered which didn’t hold the job and was amazing. Thank you chaps 😎

Terrible company. Made an order, emailed to cancel order and all was fine and cancelled but no refund, say it takes 10 days. I’ve waited 2 weeks and nothing. Scammers. Do not order from here.

Extreme novice great help
Well myself anyway am very new to this and my husband organised for a builder to come and fit new fascia and soffit. We were given a price and thought it did seem on the slightly expensive side… a little naive I jumped online and found plastics hub. Out of hours they sent the quote for the material and bloody hell was it cheap by around 25%! We processed the quote and a lovely person called to run through it ensuring we had all the right things and arranged delivery. All arrived packaged well and builder could crack on with it

Thank you for saving me money and just means I can grab a few more takeaways 😉😉

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME THE GUYS WERE GREAT... I POPPED INTO THE TRADE COUNTER TO PURCHASE SHOWER PANELS, NOT ONLY DID I GET A GREAT AND CHEAP DEAL THEY ALSO ASSISTED WITH LOADING AND EXPLAINING INSTALLATION PROCEEDURE

They messed up my order as they keept telling me I have picked up the order that's what it shows in their system. After 3 weeks of waiting and costumer fuming on me, I decided to cancel the order and ask for 1000£ refund, all good got the email confirming the refund, 5-10 working days to show, 3 weeks layer and still not turn up, they now said I have to ask my back, as they send the money...🤢🤢🤮

I WOULD SAY TO BE VERY CAREFULL WITH THOSE GUYS !!!! THEY MIGHT NE 2£ CHEAPER BUT I DONT THINK IS WORTH IT, TOO MUCH HEADACHE AND NOT RELIABILITY AT ALL

Ordered 3 packs of black marble wall boards they were excellent value, look great up, easy to work with, look great up, delivery driver was polite and and helpful delivered on time. Definitely use them again.

A very bad experience both with product and ‘service’
Ordered via installer and when they were in place found the were a blue / lavender colour no match for anything white including the white shower tray and already fitted white coving - even the mastic showed panels not white!!
RUBBISH AVOID they do not accept it is a problem

Ordered some white shimmer wall panels a couple of months ago. There was a fault with a couple of the panels.
Contacted customer support, and new panels were sent out very quickly.

I bought 1X2.4m white gloss panel from plastic hubs. Good price, fast delivery, good quality wall panels BUT it was the wrong colour! It wasn’t pure white but more like a lavender colour and because we got a plumber to install the panels for the day, we had to just go through with it and install the panels
