One of the worst experiences ever
10th of January I have bought tickets in Golden Circle category for Linkin Park concert. Few hours (!) later I get the message that it was refunded - as I see it’s already ridiculous situation, but the most important thing - I still haven’t receive my money back to my account.
So they steal my tickets(cause 2 hours it’s too much for cancellation) and after that they are holding my money as long as they could. In few days I will report to my bank about chargeback and fraud activity of this company.
Shame on you

For NYE fireworks 31st Dec Burj Park event, they used Shahrukh Khan's name to charge double price compared to last year event(He never turned up). Last year they provided food vouchers but this year no food provided. Food was available for 5x the normal price. They mentioned this year we will have a totally different experience compared to all previous events. Total bullshit. It was a back view of Burj Khalifa, we paid 1000 AED per person, Total 4 people went all the way from UK. People who watched for free from front had better view then us. They kept repeating performance from same shitty artists. After fireworks on midnight they did same music performance from same person who performed before for about 20 mins. Then everyone on stage left. No announcements whatsoever to go home or event finished. Everyone kept waiting for Shahrukh khan after fireworks till 130am. Then they sent poor Thai security guard asking everyone to empty venue. Totally disappointed. Never pay for Burj Park NYE

New year event at Burj Park was totally crap and a big disappointment. They used Bollywood super star Shahrukh Khan's name to charge double price this year and without food compared to last year NYE and with food.
Management wasn't professional telling us to move all the time. Event was arranged from the back of Burj khalifa where the view was too bad. People who watched from outside from the front for free had better views then us. They could view light show and count down from front for free and we paid 1000 AED per person and view was too bad.
We came all the way from UK four people for event and had huge disappointment. You used superstar Shahrukh Khans name to trick us paying double and also no food.
After New Year fireworks, music performances started again with same people who performed before and then left stage empty. we with little kids kept waiting for next performance from super star Shahrukh Khan's but he never turned up. Everyone in Burj Park who paid kept waiting for Shahrukh to turn up but he never. No announcement was made about event finishing and no announcement about going home. We kept waiting and waiting. In the end they sent poor indian security guard asking everyone to empty the venue.

When i asking for refund, i keep waiting and waiting, dont buying ticket in here, they sell but doesnt care with customer who want refund, my schedules refund is 14 days but i dont get that in timeframe, and almost monthly, scammer!

Very disappointed with Platinumlist.
They sell and promote events but do not clearly disclose actual performance start times, which is basic information customers need to make an informed decision.
In our case, doors opened at 7pm and standard ticket holders had to be in by 9pm, so any reasonable person would assume the main act would start shortly after. We arrived at 8pm only to later find out the main performance was not scheduled until 1am.
After spending five hours at the venue, with children at home, we had to leave before the main act even started.
This could have been avoided with one clear line at the point of sale stating the performance start time. Instead, customers are pushed in early, which gives the impression that maximising food and beverage spend is prioritised over transparency.
When raised with Platinumlist, there was no accountability or understanding. Their Ceo Cosmin didn't seem to care.
If you are selling tickets, you have a responsibility to clearly state what customers are actually buying and how long they are expected to wait. Based on this experience, I would be very cautious about purchasing through Platinumlist again.

This is literally a scam. I bought the tickets and received them once i had purchased new ones waiting at the entry of the water parc more than 50 minutes. It is the water parc that found the number to the platinumlist so i could finally tey to get my tickets. It took them too long and by then i had bought new tickets.

Useless at returning your money if you sell a ticket.. no help jus a million cctv type actions they want the size of your feet & what boxers you where before they can sanction a simple amount of money weird bunch dont use!

Misleading Promotion & Poor Customer Support Experience
I had a very disappointing experience with Platinumlist relating to a misleading promotion and poor customer support.
I purchased 4 Museum of Illusions tickets (Order #31018695) after seeing a promotion offering a free Global Village ticket. The wording stated “Booking Period: 19th Dec – 5th Jan”, which reasonably appeared to refer to the Global Village ticket, not that the promotion itself only applied to Museum of Illusions purchases made from 19 December onwards. There was no clear wording saying “promotion starts on 19 December”.
To make matters worse, initial conversations with support were not about whether I was eligible, but whether I should receive one or four promo codes, strongly suggesting they themselves believed I was entitled. Only later was eligibility questioned, which felt inconsistent and unfair.
The WhatsApp support experience was also very poor:
• Responses took hours
• No clear ownership of the issue
• Messages sent around 1am, when I was asleep
• Constant back-and-forth with no resolution
Overall, the promotion was poorly worded, the handling inconsistent, and the support experience frustrating. I would advise others to be cautious with promotional offers unless the terms are extremely explicit.
