Play-start.com 

Good afternoon,

I bought FIFA 19 for Xbox at the end of September 2018. Yesterday when I tried to play, I activated the console and asked me for the password of the account that Play-Start had given me to play, which never happened, because the account was always triggered automatically.

Not knowing the password, I try to access play-start.com, but the site is down. So I can not access my account and see the password.

Was I part of a SCAM???

Well I did a little better than everyone else. I got Red Dead Redemption 2 and it worked. Yay, well for 2 days then I couldn’t access it through my account anymore. I could still play it through the dummy account they give you but I had lost my saves. Got one reply after three days saying everything was Ok, it wasn’t. Been waiting over two weeks for next reply and now the site is down. Looks like they went outa business. Very poor. Making a chargeback on this one.

I bough a game 2 days ago and then the website went down... no emails received from support either, crap service.
If someone from the store sees this, please contact me and send me the key for the game I purchased, or just contact me and tell me what's going on, I might change this review if you do...

I need to urgently get on your website under play-start.com and currently can’t get on it as it says “502 bad gateway” very very annoying

I bought Red Dead Redemption 2 a week ago and it charged me on my card but it still says payment pending and i cant submit a customer service claim because the damn payment pending
I would also prefer a refund at this point I don't ave interest in purchasing the game I just want my money back
I cant access the website now so i cant even make a ticket because the site is offline

Horrible, this website should be taken down. DO NOT purchase any games from them it's a scam and the support will not contact you.

Writing another review because I still haven't received support for 3 weeks and even after they've replied to my last review saying it will be processed as quickly as possible and I'm in the queue, they still haven't sorted my account out.
P. S. : the account I brought of them which was for Red dead redemption 2, play start got the game refunded off the account so I paid €40 for nothing

Bought Divinity Original Sin 2 STEAM GLOBAL yesterday , still no key, still no answers from my tickets. Beware, scammers spotted.

Edit : Receive the game but it's an account from argentina... don't know what is this and support still don't give answer.

I've purchased Battlefield 5 from play-start and waited 11 hours to see if the key would be emailed but nothing. They charged me and processed the transaction ($55) and still have not sent me anything. Feels like a scam and I'm contemplating on hunting them down for my refund. My order number is

{UPDATE} They contacted me and all I got from them is a "confirm you got the delivery". Seriously I won't be contacting you if I have received it then that obviously means no I have not. I wish this can be fixed because I'm willing to change my review.

Same problem here. I bought red dead redemption 2 for PS4. I played for 1 day or so, today I tried to log in again and the game is locked. Can't access anymore without buying it from the play store. I contacted the support 24 ago but still no answer. I wish I could find out this report site BEFORE buying it.
