Poor Customer support and game not working
I bought an account It worked for a week. After that week it stopped working. I contacted support almost 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard back. Even thought they insure that they will respond within 24 hours. I honestly just want a refund. This is unbelievable.

No communication, not delivering on the promised scam, feels like an outright scam.
I bought God of War for the ps4 as a ps4 account transaction, when I received the account I tried to install the game but I couldn't activate it as a primary ps4 account since it already was on another system thus not being able to play the game. After multiple days and multiple messages to support no answer, I find this absolutely unacceptable. No communication, not delivering on the promised product, feels like an outright scam.

Customer support is a total scam. Sent me an account that had multi factor authentication enabled, and hasn't gotten back to me with the password that was sent to the email. Extremely disappointed, should be delisted from G2A. Will be contacting G2A if not resolved in 48 hours.
