Fast and super friendly process

I found Caleb and the team at Plenti super responsive, efficient and very, very helpful. They made the lending process so easy and I'm genuinely surprised and delighted by their turnaround time! I highly recommed them.

This company is great

This company is great. This is my 2nd loan I have taken out with Plenti. The rates are very good, no hidden fees you know exactly what you are paying before you commit. The money was in my bank account the night I put in my application which was very useful because our heat pump needed to be replaced and coming into the colder weather we will have it sooner.

Make it make sense.

Never heard of this company until I went to get Solar panels put on and they offered us 0% finance through lendi. Thought with how interest rates are better the money sitting in an offset and put it through finance. Despite having a combined Salary of over $250,000, a million dollars in equity and enough money sitting in the bank to pay this solar system off 20 times over and only a house loan. They couldn't finance it.

Well they pre-approved the full amount initially then changed their minds and only approved for $5000. Refused to give any reason for the rejection, wouldn't let me speak to anyone who actually makes the decision to try work out where they clearly went wrong. Went and got my credit score from the people they use and that came back great with no defaults or anything of concern and a clean pay on time history.

They cost themselves business and they will cost the solar company business. Now I am going to go with who has the most competitive quote and pay up front. Will make sure the solar company know who cost them a $18,000 sale.

WA Battery Rebate scheme

WA Battery Rebate scheme. Had many hours of frustration simply attempting to upload a PDF file from ATO. Got a few Emails to assist me but didn’t remedy the problem. Very unhappy.This should be a simple procedure, I don’t like receiving an email telling me to see the ATO or my accountant. Have a system in place that works please. I don’t know who should own the problem, Plenti or tha Goverment Rebate Scheme.

Top Lender

Always great service and very easy process. Website is easy to navigate and you can setup your payment date to suit your circumstances. Ive had several loans and every one has been a great experience. Highly recommend anyone to this lender.

Applied for he 10,000 interest free…

Applied for he 10,000 interest free loan for Solar. Supplied all the info re our income and expenditure. Then there was an insistence on a Centrelink statement, well as self-funded retirees, we don't get Centrelink.
This appeared to be a huge stumbling block for the company. I feel they did not understand the requirements for the loan at all.
My husband's application was rejected without an explanation, apparently Plenti were not required to supply a reason.
I applied and my application was eventually approved, only after experiencing the same issues re Centrelink income statements. My husband and I have more or less the same income and expenditure.

Impressive Experience.

This is the first time we heard of Plenti and we have been very impressed. Over the years we have used a variety of lenders for various reasons but Plenti was the smoothest, best at keeping us informed as to how our application was going and very fast and efficient at implementing all the requirements for us with full and clear information. BUT the gold medal goes to the whole team for guiding us through the internet, tech, computer minefield of applications that were necessary requirements. We are, kind of, IT illiterate and appreciated the kind, patient and clear instructions that were given to us throughout the whole process of Plico and Plenti paperwork (Or, I guess you call it paperless applications.) Frustrating application form workflow

Towards the end of the online application, users are taken to a page to upload docunents.

We were presented with about 8-10 options to upload like rental statement and pension statement. Some of these do not apply to us and who would use the word pension if you are asking for superannuation. Some of us are not pensioned yet.

Then there was no guide how many documents need to be uploaded and the application will not proceed to complete until all documents were uploaded (uploaded duplicates just to get to the end).

The whole experience is frustrating as we are not living in the 90 when Internet were first invented and online form and workflow was new.

I had to call several times to ensure I had submitted all the right documents even with that the agent need to send an email with the link to upload the document rather than having my own login profile to check my applications.
