I researched the net for a table rate shipping plugin, and found pluginhive to be the most relaible at this pricepoint. I found any cheap options just didn't work. Pluginhive is affordable, relaible, and has real support.

Our experience with Plugin hive's UPS integration has been great. When any issues arise they are quick to respond and fix them. When we needed to switch to the new UPS authorization system they got on a zoom and handled it. Great customer service. Great product.

Support was very good. One confusing thing is adding USPS: it is not obvious that you need a minimum number of packages to be approved for shipping.
