Worst experience dealing with these people!
I bought a triton shower unit and we had it installed. The unit was faulty so I called them to see if I could have a replacement or refund. They refused and said I would have to call triton direct. What annoyed me the most was that they didn’t come back to me for about a week then asked for a video of the issue. Then made me wait again to tell me they wouldn’t help. In the meanwhile I had a tenant with no shower for 2 weeks and I had to pay the plumber to instal a faulty unit. Awful service. Never use again

I wanted to renew shower seals and have used this company before. Went to their website and refreshed myself on correct measuring. Ordered the size I wanted. Website is clear. There is a bargain by ordering double the quantity required. It means you have a supply for next time and using the paperwork you know your dimensions for the time after.
Delivery was speedy and was correct.
Nothing could be improved upon.

Quick ordering process and speedy delivery. Wasn't sure what EcoSpa shower valve would be like, as never heard of them before. Product seems well made and operation is smooth. Quick to install and a great replacement for an obsolete Mira valve. Overall very happy with the product and Plumbtap, would use again.

The item was excellent value and works well. It was sent promptly and was well packaged. In future I will always check plumbtap before trying elsewhere. My only criticism is that the website was hard to navigate which prevented me from being able to purchase more products.

Ordered a shower screen bottom seal for a curved screen. Although, the seal was for a straight screen Plumbtap mentioned that previous purchasers managed to fit it to a curved screen. I thought at the price, it was worth a shot. The seal was dispatched and delivered very quickly and I fitted it with no problems.
