Plumbtap supplied exactly what was ordered and the service was good, quality was exactly as advertised and delivery was on time. No hesitation about using Plumbtap for further bathroom spare parts.

expensive & rubbish

Bought an expensive thermostatic shower valve in Nov2016, installed in Feb 2017, started getting very stiff after only one month, contacted them, told me no worries we will replace under warranty if any problems develop, contact again in in Nov 2017, apparently they didn't receive email, chased up again in beginning of Jan 2018, now telling me sorry warranty has now expired it is only one year for moving parts, despite them advertising a 5 year peace of mind guarantee. As I only found out recently, the small print right down bottom does actually say only one year so beware! Their business model is to deceive customers rather than keep them happy.

Unfortunately customer contacted us considerably outside of the warranty time. We can confirm the customer did not contact us until Jan 2018 and the item was purchased in November 2016.

The item was supplied with a one year warranty as advertised. We responded to all emails within one working day and explained this to the customer in full.

If the item was within the warranty time we would have be more than happy to offer a suitable resolution. We can only apologise that the customer is unhappy.

Excellent service

Excellent service, I needed to buy a shower and they had the best price on the market. The delivery was very prompt and the customer service was very friendly when contacted for an enquiry.
Everything perfect, very happy with the experience.

Outstanding Customer Service

Prompt delivery of order. Unfortuantley our order had some damage which upon my reporting by email, the problem was handled very efficiently and without question.
