Lied about trying to deliver and not answering both phone numbers all day and not responding to emails until Friday afternoon at 4 o'clock now no delivery until Monday and still not answering emails, only reason I ordered was the quick delivery promise so could keep job moving now lost 3 days and still no boiler, the website says all this nonsense about customer service and looking after people and it's just lies, do not give these people your money feels very scam like, bait and switch and empty promises

Product substituted without warning
The product we received & that showed on the invoice received post dispatch was different to the one we ordered & that showed on the order confirmation. Still a carbon monoxide alarm but a different make which meant it didn’t fit onto the fixings we already had. Don’t know what customer service would have been like as we adapted fittings rather than contacting them to return.

Boiler delivery
As read in the reviews the telephone lines are a waste of time.
My order arrived in two separate deliveries with the main part arriving the next day.
It would have been nice to know what was going on from the start.
emails worked and responded ok.
Although with this all said, the boiler and extras were a good price and eventually delivered quickly.
