We used pocket receptionist to answer phones about term while we found a new receptionist, all was ok service and was as advertised unfortunately when you want to cancel your contract they make you stay till the next billing cycle and then charge you another month for a service you clearly are no longer going to use. Always check the small print is what I've learned And believe that you can cancel anytime as long as you pay an additional month!

Running a business on your own from home is tough, but having Pocket Receptionist take care of my incoming calls has enabled me to free up time and not worry about being disturbed. It allows me to go to trade shows and meet suppliers without the fear of missing potential customers - and the support I have received when I need anything has been second to none. They also allowed me to increase my opening hours from a customer point of view, which has increased revenue. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Was told £399+vat per month. They will significantly overcharge you and will not refund the difference or cancel your account when requested. Avoid !!!

Amazing service, delivers all the info you need to call customers back on your terms when you're ready. Also dissuade cold callers /nuisance. I like that if a current client rings they can check if I'm free to take it first.

We are receiving calls where the names, addresses and contact details are incorrect due to spelling errors and the contact details not being asked for and added to our contact forms.
The service needs to be improved by Pocket Receptionist staff monitoring the calls taken by their staff.
