Unprofessional & overcharge

Over the past few months our company has used Pocket Receptionists call answering service.

There have been multiple times where our calls have been handled very poorly by their representatives or not answered at all, even though we have paid extra for the “24/7” answering service.

They also overcharged us at every opportunity possible. The on average rates we actually payed were around 3x advertised once they get you with all the “out of bundle extras”, penalties and add ons which they don't even notify you that you are incurring.

In general the experience was not a good one and definitely not the sort of company I would recommend.

Avoid!

They subscribed my email from a post I made on a diet for disabled site. They refuse to remove me from their illegal spam list and continue to spam me. You want to do business with them, really?

Great idea at first but added additional charges and no ability to learn the basics of my business based on data collection requested left many customers confused and lost me potential customers. Great sales pitch from whoever is was who signed me up, but quickly went down hill.

I used this company for a while now and I can honestly say I would be lost with them. The team are amazing no matter who you speak with and they always follow your requests perfectly. Nothing is ever too small for them.

I've worked with other virtual receptionist services in the past, but the friendly, professional and highly responsive Pocket Receptionist team makes it feel like they're part of the team. In fact we've had clients mention Pocket staff by name, as if regular colleagues.

Great ambassadors for our business, really good value for money and highly recommended.

The accounts team billed us for a month when our account was closed. Refused to refund despite presenting them with clear evidence of a closed account. I will never ever use this awful company again. Avoid like the plague !!

What can I say id be lost without this team on my side. The are professional and friendly and carry out how I wish to run my office perfectly. Having PR on side allows me to spend more time making money and growing the business. Good job guys
